Favourite Comment Friday - What's Been Your Favourite Comment of the Week?

It's that time of the week again where I shine a spotlight on one comment that I have come across on Hive during the past week. I like to do this because I see so many engaging comments on chain as the week progresses that some really do deserve some extra attention.

The comment can be absolutely anything, from a one worder to a full blown thesis! It really doesn't matter to me. What matters is that the person's comment or reply has enthused me in some way. Perhaps the comment made me laugh or maybe it made me think more deeply about a subject matter I hadn't fully considered before.

That's the beauty of Hive, not only do we get authors producing awesome content helping to create a global encyclopedia, we can also learn or laugh from the comments.

I invite you guys to consider joining me in highlighting your favourite comment or reply that you have come across during the week. Show some extra appreciation for someone that made you smile or broadened your knowledge banks.

So let's not waste any more time and get on with it. The comment that I have come across during the past week that needs a spotlight shined on it goes to @antisocialist. This guy is a thinker, there is no doubt about that. He makes a lot of intelligent and thoughtful contributions to this chain, albeit in a somewhat unique way.

While he's critical and calls things out, from what I can tell he seems to want the best for Hive. He's an interesting character for sure.

The comment of his that I am highlighting is found on the following post - https://peakd.com/valueplan/@valueplan/value-plan-2025-strategy-input.

The post itself was an attempt by the @valueplan project to reach out to the wider community and grab some feedback about the Hive platform in general. In my opinion it was a very comprehensive and genuine effort to reach out far and wide. As you can see from the post the questions they want respondents to answer are very targeted and clearly constructed to elicit a significant amount of detailed information. I applaud the @valueplan post for it's efforts in reaching out to the community and inviting feedback.

The response that @antisocialist left is also quite extensive - see for yourselves.

I told you it was long! But my word if you want some feedback from a Hivian you've definitely got some there! Have a read of his comment and see if you agree or disagree.

That's it for another week. Don't forget to consider producing your own short post highlighting a comment or reply you have come across on your post or someone else's and give that person some extra attention. If you do please use the tag #favouritecommentfriday or #fcf, thanks.

Hope you enjoyed this one and don't forget to join in the conversation on that post and provide your own feedback about Hive.

Peace!

Hey @antisocialist as you know there was some kind of glitch when I tried to add you as a beneficiary to the post. I am therefore sending you a 0.6 Hive tip.

Yep, not surprised.
Thank you.
