I Train you for the job

Entrepreneurship is very lonely and if you don't support yourself or become part of other groups, it can lead to failure. That's why it's so important to be part of some groups, communities or even let ourselves be guided by people who can help during the process.

With my own business I am my own boss, but I am also my only employee, I'm sorry to say it this way, but that's right, the numbers don't lie, and they are going to be my best friends because they have the secret of success, that's why you have to look very carefully at the cost structure, prices and the profit that this venture can generate for me.

In this sense, it was so important that from the very beginning, I started delegating those tasks that I am not willing to do, either because I do not have time; or availability or because I simply do not know how to do it, which is why I delegated some of these activities to three (3) collaborators of my team.

That's why I almost always shake that compass, which points to where the always wise heart guides me, and sometimes when I already know all the answers to the business, life changes my questions... Has it happened to you?

Although change is a constant, we do not finish getting used to its inconvenient existence, it's like when Alice in Wonderland enters a new world and every time she adapts and makes friends, the situation changes, and she has to start understanding everything again. This is how it happens to many of us.

One of my mantras is “the only constant is change” reminding me that although they hurt they are part of life, and it will surely bring new and better experiences and to grow with myself, accepting new challenges, especially those that scare my own fears

When I have to change, I think in my brain as if it were a GPS that the moment I miss the exit recalculates a new route to get to the destination, maybe it will take me longer, but one thing is for sure, the landscape will be different and for this I rely on my team of collaborators.

What I do to make this venture "I Train you for the job" a profitable business.

I make this frame of reference; because it is the best way to explain the changes that are brewing to be an entrepreneur and how I was able to create my own business model, using all my skills and experiences.

Automatically, I notice details that would otherwise go unnoticed, and that step-by-step makes me an expert with the practice in exercise that I am doing now "online mentoring", in addition to the advice that a year ago I was doing in person to medium-sized companies in my city.

This idea that I started a few months ago has its own business model defined with financial sales projections, with future goals thinking long-term and always remembering that these goals are the ones that will allow me to live from what I love to do.

I think about long-term goals, with this business and this creates a positive, productive effect to me and for those around me, because they see me acting, and I positively influence the environment, this makes me feel proud and that will be my reward.

The most important thing about this whole venture is that now I understand that the business is me; and that all those things that I like to do fit perfectly within this business model, that is, if on the one hand, I like to help people and on the other hand I like to communicate.

I have joined the pieces of this puzzle to create different business units, in different products and services, through my digital consulting with ideas that arise from my knowledge and experience and where discipline, effort, study and dedication make me an expert in the field of action.

I always remember that I have a business, I have a job that is worth it because I do it with love, in fact when I have to be the client I always ask the supplier if I can negotiate the price and I propose a way of negotiating in which we both come out winning.
