New Bedford 60s night car show some classics
Good Morning all, as is my habit on Saturdays I am sharing some shots of car shows I visited this year, and today some more from a 60s themed night in the historic district here in new Bedford.
This week I am going with a bunch of classic cars I saw at this event
I will say its the classics I most enjoy seeing at car shows, they had such style and class back then
funnily enough at this even was the first time I wore a new cap I had just brought, on it it says I am not Old just a Classic
Starting with this beauty, I love that lowline front window not sure why but I just find it so cool

Now i have said it before but will say it again the only issue I have with that first car is the color, after working in an Org that had white cars for 30 years, I will never buy a white car, now this next one is both a cool classic and a color I like

an Old Chevrolet, there was a good turn out at this even even thought i tried for the most part to get shots of the cars without people in view at times it was impossible

So much so I picked two shots of it for this post

I guess I can say the same for this one as well
a cool classic convertible, I can just imagine myself cruising around on a nice summers day in this, my wife not so much she hated the idea of a convertible as the wind would mess up her hair

and isn't this one so cleek and cool

Another one that really caught my eye loved the style, color and cool detail paint work on it

.I never saw cars like that until I came to Armenia, they're all over. Often tucked down old streets or still being driven on the busy roads. I really love their designs!
thats cool they have many of them there
I think they're just the soviet era copies though, not the american classics, just their own versions
thats still cool
I think the 60s have been a great year for automobiles, they have created beautiful vehicles.
What a beautiful exhibition, and what beautiful shots you have taken, I appreciate that you let us know these automotive beauties.
have a great weekendHow are you dear friend @tattoodjay good morning
Thanks kindly your support is appreciated
Have a great day
The 7th image with the beige colored car is so cool. It's giving the classy, sleek vibe.
You don't find any of these classics anywhere in the streets here. And I'd say that automobiles from way back had style.
Thanks for sharing these beauties with us.
Oh what a nice idea. I would love to ride in a classic convertible car, on a road outside the city, enjoying good company, the nice spring breeze and looking at a full moon. Very romantic jjjjjjjj.
Fun era. Even the delivery trucks were cool 🙂 I think you caught both a 1955 and 1957 Chevy. My favorites. Both are red with white accents. The first is the 55. The second with the twin silver rockets on the hood and bigger tail fins is the 57.
That reminds me of the gangster films I have seen, lol!!!
I particularly like the green car, the Chevy red, and the convertible!
!LOL
That white beauty up top... Wow! I like the lowline front window too, it just look badass! So many cool cars today, I wish I had been there. I try to go around here when I know there will be some nice classics. Somehow someone always manages to sneak in a Delorean.
Oh my, those expensive looking car is so beautiful. I'll be the happiest if I could get one of that which is impossible to happen (≧▽≦)
Cheers and !BEER
