I don't know what you do for fun, but these critters certainly know how to enjoy themselves.
The doggies brought their owners out for a day of fun.
And fun they certainly had, as you will see in here. We are now having to face many more hours of power cuts and that is definitely not fun, but we continue to hope that things will improve. How, we do not know as no solutions have yet appeared. Our power stations are old and it is a real battle. But I digress, as it is Friday and so many of us are looking forward to the weekend. So I hope that all of you, will also have some fun on your agenda.

I think it was the annual doggie Christmas party.
These two opened the proceedings with a famous rap song.
But the bigger guy sang a little bit false, and the other guy grabbed him by the paw.
I wonder what would happen if we as humans had to introduce ourselves like this below? Just a thought :)

Oh! He thought. I hope that I will get a whole barbeque chicken when I get home.
A lovely day out at this beautiful place.
We often visit this community park next to the river, and invariably there is some dog action taking place. It is about a one kilometer stroll that one can take along the river, and the peace and quiet is soul serving.
Birds are also always around and one can walk along listening to their song. At times, big raptor birds can also appear as they come from the mountains to look for prey. The river, itself, has many bubbling streams and it is pure mountain water. Fresh and healthy on the tongue. Ah, the secret is to get up close to the origin of the river.
So, just another day out during a power cut, and there will be many more.

You have to wonder what goes on in their heads, but some dogs just love to play. I don't get how some people can say animals don't have feelings. They just can't put them into words.

Great to see the security officers also walking through the park Lady Joan.
Dogs and fun are synonymous and freedom from the lease reveals their fun loving characters.
That's why we go there often, to relax and enjoy like everyone else. Animal lovers are a different breed of people, as they all greet and are very friendly. It's a treat to see how lovingly they handle their dogs.

No form of policing found except during holiday season on the roads or anywhere for that matter in our region. Dog parks where pets used to be able to enjoy running free of a leash no longer exist, that includes beaches.

A free for all due to the lack of boots on the beat. Thankfully the security patrols are daily here.
It seems that the visitors at this park all know each other, and no leash must be an unwritten rule.
Mind you I have never seen any fights between dogs, or attacks on people.

I have a few minutes to do some replies before our third power cut of the day that starts at 4pm.
So as I type slow I will continue the replies from 6:50pm again.
Dogs are very social beings and they love to have the freedom to play. In fact, they smell the backside of a stranger in order to determine the gender, male or female. Sometimes they strike a luck and they smell a female that's on heat and then they want to play rugby with her 🤣
Humans are more stupid as they have to work hard to strike a luck and if they do it simple like the dogs do, then there will be a population explosion 🤣 !LOLZ

Why sleep so early you might ask. Well, I have been on a snow hike up a mountain this morning and my old bones need more rest than usual 😁
It wasnot very cold, but apart from white snow and white clouds I couldn't see much ... I loved it and I have had the whole mountain for me alone. When I was back at the car the first other people arrived 😉
I have just imagined people walking around smelling the back of each other 😂 !LOLZ

6 hours out of power? That's a long time - I think some things in our fridge would melt during such a long time.
I didn't go to the reservoir because although it snowed a little bit, it was only gray and wet and dreary. So I drove a little bit around but I didn't feel comfortable, so I returned home and am having a lazy day and my bones like that 😉 !LOLZ
