I have chronically low iron levels Lady Lizzy, that resulted in anemia. So I hide when the bone lorry comes past. !LOLZ
Seriously though, an anti-cramp pill forms a part of the heap of pills that I take every day. But any exertions negate the pills, due to the low iron levels. I have a very strict and good doctor and he almost fainted when Marian told him that I climb on the roof with a ladder. So now I am banned from climbing on a ladder, but I will find another way to climb on the roof.
