Hola de nuevo! Hoy les traigo un post bastante genial en el cual les voy a hablar sobre cinco canciones de música techno que me gustan. He estado unas semanas ausente y eso es debido a que de nuevo he sido invitada a una orquesta que valga la redundancia me suele invitar de vez en cuando lo cual requiere de mucho de mi tiempo, y esta vez hicieron un repertorio bastante interesante que se basaba en música electrónica versión sinfónica. Esa fue la inspiración para hacer este post, ya que yo tenía mucho tiempo sin escuchar música electrónica y sus sub-géneros porque mi época en la que lo escuchaba de manera recurrente era entre 2009 a 2013 donde era el auge de dicho género, y me puse a rememorar varias canciones de este género que me siguen gustando actualmente, así que hoy les voy a contar sobre las cinco canciones de música techno que más me gustan, comencemos!
Hello again! Today I come with a pretty cool post in which I'm going to talk about five techno music songs that I like. I've been absent for a few weeks and that's because I've been invited again to an orchestra that usually invites me from time to time which requires a lot of my time, and this time they did a pretty interesting repertoire that was based on electronic music symphonic version. That was the inspiration to make this post, because I had a long time without listening to electronic music and its sub-genres because my time when I listened to it recurrently was between 2009 to 2013 where it was the peak of this genre, and I started to remember several songs of this genre that I still like today, so today I will tell you about the five songs of techno music that I like the most, let's go!
ATC es el acrónimo de "A Touch of Class", la cual es una banda de europop alemana creada en 1998. Esta canción recuerdo que estuve varios años buscándola ya que en su momento me encantaba, de niña mis padres ponían un disco de música electrónica de principios de los 2000 con canciones variadas y esta destacaba des resto debido a su ritmo y melodía pegajosa y chévere. La canción tiene una letra algo simple, donde alguien habla de besos bajo el sol como un sueño único mientras que en la radio ponen canciones que nunca escuchó, no sabe que decir, es de otro mundo, alrededor del mundo. Así va la letra acompañada de una melodía bastante alegre, siendo una de las canciones mas importantes del eurodance, siendo muy popular en el momento en el que fue lanzada en el año 2000 marcando con paso firme el inicio de una nueva década con música que marcaría contraste.
ATC is the acronym of "A Touch of Class", which is a German Europop band created in 1998. This song I remember that I was several years looking for it because at the time I loved it, as a child my parents played a record of electronic music from the early 2000's with various songs and this one stood out from the rest because of its rhythm and catchy and cool melody. The song has a simple lyric, where someone talks about kissing under the sun as a unique dream while the radio plays songs he never heard, he doesn't know what to say, he is from another world, around the world. So goes the lyrics accompanied by a rather cheerful melody, being one of the most important songs of eurodance, being very popular at the time it was released in 2000 marking with firm step the beginning of a new decade with music that would mark contrast.
Technotronic fue un grupo de músico proveniente de Bélgica cuyos géneros principalmente eran el eurodance y el house, y cuando lanzaron su sencillo Pump up the jam dio incentivo a la gran innovación de mezclar los género de eurodance, house y hip-hop en una misma canción dando como resultado esta canción pegajosa y que dan ganas de bailar. Como la mayoría de canciones de este género tiene una letra que es simple, que es de alguien diciendo que enciendan la pista mientras los pies marcan los pasos y la gente està saltando poniendo en marcha la pista de baile, no quiere quedarse en el mismo lugar, queriendo que le alegren el día. Es una canción con una letra que anima a bailar y conjunto a la melodía es difícil no querer aunque sea moverse un poco al ritmo de esta canción tan genial.
Technotronic was a group of musicians from Belgium whose main genres were eurodance and house, and when they released their single Pump up the jam it gave incentive to the great innovation of mixing the genres of eurodance, house and hip-hop in the same song resulting in this catchy song that makes you want to dance. Like most songs of this genre it has lyrics that are simple, which are of someone saying to light up the dance floor while the feet are marking the steps and people are jumping up and down getting the dance floor going, not wanting to stay in the same place, wanting to make their day. It's a song with lyrics that encourage dancing and together with the melody it's hard not to want to move a little to the rhythm of this great song.

Darude es un DJ finlandés cuya carrera comenzó en el año 1997. Sandstorm es su canción más famosa y los que sean veteranos en internet, sobre todo de la pagina de Youtube sabrán que esta canción se convirtió en una especie de broma, la cual consistía en responderle a personas en cualquier video que comentaban preguntando sobre las canciones que ponían de fondo en algunos videos y responderles que la canción se llamaba "Darude - Sandstorm", aunque no sea la correcta. Esta canción no tiene letra, pero si una melodía que puede representar energía conjunto a su video musical. Esta canción mezcla trance y dance de manera muy buena dando como resultado una canción bastante buena para escuchar cuando quieras motivarte al hacer cualquier actividad.
Darude is a Finnish DJ whose career began in 1997. Sandstorm is his most famous song and those who are veterans on the internet, especially on the Youtube page will know that this song became a kind of joke, which consisted in answering people in any video who commented asking about the songs that were played in the background of some videos and answering them that the song was called "Darude - Sandstorm", although it is not the correct one. This song has no lyrics, but it has a melody that can represent energy together with its music video. This song mixes trance and dance in a very good way resulting in a pretty good song to listen to when you want to motivate yourself to do any activity.
Daft Punk fue (se separó hace pocos años) un dúo francés de música electrónica que tuvo muchísimos éxitos bastante conocidos a nivel mundial que si me pongo a mencionarlos todos jamás termino, tienen canciones que me gustan mucho que son bastante famosas como Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger, Get Lucky, I Feeling Coming y muchas mas, pero siento que la que mas me gusta definitivamente es One More Time. Esta canción fue hecha para la película francojaponesa Interstella 5555 la cual se ve en dicho video musical. Tiene una lirica algo corta que habla sobre celebrar y bailar sin esperar el final, donde la música los hace sentir libres, una vez más. Aunque posea una letra simple, la canción es bastante buena, con una melodía pegajosa que dan ganas de moverse, la considero una de mis canciones favoritas en general. Quizás en su momento les haga un post aparte ya que este dúo tuvo canciones realmente buenas.
aft Punk was (they split up a few years ago) a French electronic music duo that had a lot of worldwide known hits that if I start to mention them all I would never finish, they have songs that I like a lot that are quite famous like Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger, Get Lucky, I Feeling Coming and many more, but I feel that the one I like the most is definitely One More Time. This song was made for the French-Japanese movie Interstella 5555 which is seen in that music video. It has a somewhat short lyric that talks about celebrating and dancing without waiting for the end, where the music makes you feel free, once again. Although it has simple lyrics, the song is quite good, with a catchy melody that makes you want to move, I consider it one of my favorite songs in general. Maybe I'll do a separate post for them in due time as this duo had some really good songs.
Tiësto es un DJ y productor neerlandés cuya carrera comenzó en el año 1994. Es considerado uno de los más grandes Djs de la historia con éxitos bastante conocidos Como Traffic, Just be, Welcome to Ibiza y muchos otros más, pero una de las canciones de música electrónica considerada de las mejores del EDM es definitivamente Adagio for Strings. Esta canción es una versión de una pieza clásica del mismo nombre del compositor Samuel Barber. Esta versión instrumental mezclada con ritmos característicos de la música electrónica fue bastante innovador para su momento en el año 2004 y de verdad que es una canción increíble. Quiero acotar que toqué esta canción en el concierto que les comenté al principio y de verdad fue muy genial para mí ya que es una mezcla perfecta porque la pieza original es sinfónica y se mezcló con los beats de música electrónica hechos por Tiesto dando una mezcla bastante buena, lo cual fue una grata experiencia para mí haberla tocado de esa manera. La considero una de las mejores canciones de música electrónica no porque en general se le considere asì, sino porque de verdad me parece una canción bien hecha ya que no arruina para nada la versión original y de verdad me parece muy buena que hasta provoca saltar cada vez que la escuchas.
Tiësto is a Dutch DJ and producer whose career began in 1994. He is considered one of the greatest DJs in history with well known hits such as Traffic, Just be, Welcome to Ibiza and many others, but one of the electronic music songs considered one of the best in EDM is definitely Adagio for Strings. This song is a version of a classic piece of the same name by composer Samuel Barber. This instrumental version mixed with characteristic rhythms of electronic music was quite innovative for its time in 2004 and it really is an amazing song. I want to point out that I played this song in the concert that I mentioned at the beginning and it was really great for me because it is a perfect mix because the original piece is symphonic and mixed with the electronic music beats made by Tiesto giving a pretty good mix, which was a great experience for me to have played it that way. I consider it one of the best electronic music songs not because it is generally considered as such, but because it really seems to me a well done song because it doesn't ruin the original version at all and I really think it's so good that it makes you jump every time you listen to it.

I hope you liked this list! There are many other techno music songs that I really like, since I used to listen to this genre a lot back in the day. It was great to have the experience of playing in a concert that mixed symphonic and electronic music because it served as a great inspiration to make this list and I hope to continue living musical experiences like this. Saludos ochitoalreves. La que más conozco de las 5 es pump up the jamp, sobretodo porque mi sobrina estaba pequeña en ese entonces y una vez llegó del colegio y me dijo: me se una nueva cancion: y la cantaba a su modo pero de una manera muy cómica.

Me alegra que te haya gustado! Sí, de hecho me gusta mucho el eurodance y capaz también haga una publicación de canciones de eurobeat que también me gusta mucho. Qué bueno saber que te hice recordar Pump up the Jam, es una de mis canciones favoritas y me trae muchos recuerdos. Toqué el repertorio electrónico con la Orquesta Gran Mariscal de Ayacucho, hacen conciertos de todo tipo y son chéveres, no estoy formalmente en esa orquesta pero me invitan a tocar allí de vez en cuando 😊
