With @outlinez, @greendo, @deska89 and @fog043 we spent Saturday visiting @nanast in Bulgarian village Brashlyan.
The day was - Annunciation, and in order to observe the tradition of this holiday, our friend Svetla, mixed ritual bread early in the morning.
While he was kneading the ritual bread, we made wishes for health, happiness and prosperity.
Later, we walked around the village and visited the Church of St. Dimitar, which preserves much of our history and has been declared an architectural monument.
We continued with a long walk in the forest, crossing the village.
We were surrounded by gorgeous nature that woke up and greeted us with beautiful views and fresh aromas.
We made a hike to "Dvata Vrisa" - a beautiful forest area that we are visiting not for the 1st time.
We had a picnic there and had a great afternoon in nature.
In the evening the ritual bread was baked.
