I was up early today, trying to beat the heat of the day!
First up firewood stacking………..
Two full rows ten feet long each, this works out to be one and one half cords of wood!😅
I have at least that much again, but that’s another day!😇
Today was our Actifit moderation call on Discord, and I tested out my new hearing protection earmuffs with built-in Bluetooth. I was stacking firewood, and talking to Paul over in Germany!😊
Don’t tell the Mrs I can multitask Lol!🥰
By 4:00 Silvertop was running out of Steem, time for a refreshing Latte, and a solo hike up to the “High Trail” with my hedge clippers………

I am making progress!
My hike always takes me past these beautiful hand crafted comment boxes on the trail, Keith has installed three of these.
I didn’t realize till I opened the box today that it has been two years since these boxes were installed, almost to the day!
I snapped a closeup photo of the story behind these big Leaf Maple/ Cherry wood boxes. I hope it’s clear enough to read this amazing story!😊

It is good! With everything so expensive, it is great to stock up!
This is like our silver and gold stacking, it’s like money in the bank!😇. With prices rising so quickly on everything, we didn’t really need the extra wood but I felt it was a good investment!😇
