Hello and good day everyone! Welcome to another Actifit report.
I woke up late this morning. I did just a few minutes of stretching and warmup exercises. Then went to get service for an oil change. Had a friend come pick me up while they worked on my car.
When that was finished we went to the park and walked around. The weather was good only a little bit cold. Then we decided to go to the downtown for lunch. Then after that we went to the bookstore browsed around and bought tools for learning art coloring and calligraphy for beginners.
That is pretty much how I got my stepping activity done today.
