My Actifit Report Card: January 18 2022

I slept a lot today, over 10 hours. It felt nice to kick back and relax a bit. I've been dealing with a bit of pain on my right leg, hip, arm and left foot. Nothing serious but it is probably best to do a bit less activity for awhile until things feel better.

I rode my e-bike down to the store to a get a few groceries. It felt good to be riding the e-bike again.

Doggie and I went out for the usual walk as well. He enjoyed soaking a bit in the swimming pool that shows up this time of year unless we get some unusually dry weather.

I might head out for some disc golf tomorrow if it dries out just a bit. We shall see how the weather looks.

This was really yummy and we had some leftovers for tomorrow's lunch.

Maybe your arm and your legs need to rest for a while because your muscles are tense. You can apply ointment on your arm and your legs to relieve pain.
This usually happens because we force it a little, and your veins need adjustment, over time you will no longer feel pain in your veins and muscles because they start to flex. 👍

Yes it is good that you are relaxing at this time. You've been a little tired lately. Therefore, it is better to ride an electirc bike at this time. You will get well soon. When you look at the ingredients here, i can imagineof your menu. yummy

10 hours of sleep in 24 hours is really awesome. But in winter I like to have time to sleep even though you have taken some rest.
