Today was my last day of my work week. It was another moderately busy day at the medical clinic.
After work I came home and made dinner.
My wife was with some friends of ours and they were out all day so when they came home we had dinner and Avery nice time catching up.
Overall, it was a good activity day for me as I did get my minimum 5000 activity in for the day.
