January 16 2022 - Where's the path gone? 🤔

Today I got up for my Sunday morning run and it was quite foggy out. Good that it was my normal route and I knew where I was going.

This was my route this morning.

I added a new section to the end of my route that increased the overall distance. I was feeling good so kept going.

I wasn't 100% sure though where I was going so had to look at the map on my mobile which slowed me down a little. However, I will remember for next time.

I felt really good after my run today which was great. My fitness and strength is getting better. Alh.

So made me good to celebrate being #alive as part of the #IAMALIVECHALLENGE

Also, as shown below, today should qualify as a #win as I completed my target 10k steps early in the day.

    Yes it was a bit foggy here initially but soon lifted. A lovely sunny day, although coldish. I'm eager to get out again on my bike, but got to ensure I don't over do it as I am building up strength after four months without cycling. Well done with your run today !wine
