NATURE - A MOTHER TO ALL

It's very hard for anyone to say they hate nature but as they say, "actions do speak louder than words". We all love nature because she has given us so many reasons to, but most times we do forget that we are also part of nature, hence we disregard her at some point of our existence. Nature has a policy of give and take but she does not mind giving and giving until you give her back and that's one beautiful thing about her, I will say, this is one of the main reasons why we just have to love her, hehe.

Nature is kind to us, she cares for our basic needs, most times without us even asking, she knows what we need because the creator has made her so and the least we can do is be appreciative of her. There is no one who does something well that does not deserve an appreciation and this is applicable to nature herself and I'm very sure this is the reason we call her MOTHER EARTH.

Nature is considerate to her children, we her a part of her and that's why no matter what we do to her, she always forgive us because she knows we do these cruel things to her because we don't know her but because we as humans are also part of her, those that know her are very vexed by the actions of those who don't and most times they tend to punish them.

Nature teaches us to be caring just as she is. You know when a little flower starts growing we are taught to nurture it so it would grow well and we do that by watering it. The more nature grows, the more we learn to care for it and even others as well. I remember a story of a girl who finds it hard to keep a relationship, she was advised to take care of her pets properly, lolz.

Nature suffers so much for us just so we can be comfortable, that's what mothers do right? No matter how a child disrespects his or her mother, she always has this deep feeling for the child and she's still willing to sacrifice herself for that child. Nature also plays such role in our lives today, this is to show the relationship we have with nature.

Nature is our greatest companion ever because she is always with us, giving us hope, peace and comfort, always ready to put a beautiful smile on our faces with that bright shining sun at day and the moon and stars at night. She hates it when we are sad and that's why if she's given the opportunity, she will make us happy.

Nature is a very good listener, she is always ready to listen to us, giving us the ability to be calm and to make good decisions. As we walk through a path of trees, the chirping of the birds, the cool breeze and the smell of the plants, all these are ways she uses to make us feel better.

_{With all of these qualities of nature and many more that I didn't mention, you will understand that we do have a relationship with nature and I will love to likened the relationship we have with nature as a Mother - Child Relationship. Nature was given to mankind as a gift, a gift that renews herself every passing day just to make sure we don't get tired of her but what do we do, we use her as a curse but that's our loss.}

In all of this, nature still brings mankind together, she unites us, she helps us know how much we mean to each other, she teaches us to love one another even when we don't want to. She teaches us to value the relationships we have with our fellow humans as well. The relationship we have with nature is one that teaches us to;

• Accept the fault of others because it's obvious they don't know who we are.

• Be kind to people no matter what we have been through, we know what is right we should do it and not change because of what others have done to us.

• Be good listeners to people as long as they want to speak to us about what they are going through.

• Make sacrifices, leave our comfort zone some times so we can help those that are in need.

• Be someone who gives hope, happiness, peace and love to people around.

• Build bridges and not walls. We should be people that help others come together in unity, in oneness and not the other way around.
