Daily Blog - Spending the afternoon at a cool playground, wishing I was 20 years younger. / Pasando la tarde en un parque de juegos genial, deseando tener 20 años menos. 😅❤️

When I was much younger, I thought that 28 would be a good age to be a mother, but now that I am, I still have my doubts about it. Although motherhood is not directly in my life, I feel that I live a bit of it when I share time with some of all the children that my cousins ​​have had. This treatment works for me, because I can spend fun moments with them and then there is time to return them to return to the silence that I like so much. I enjoy my role as the consenting aunt, taking them to cool places like this park we went to a few days ago 😃.

Cuando era mucho más chica pensaba que los 28 años serían una buena edad para ser madre, pero ahora que los tengo aún tengo mis dudas al respecto. Aunque la maternidad no está directamente en mi vida, siento que vivo un poco de esto cuando comparto tiempo con algunos de todos los hijos que mis primas han tenido. Este trato sirve para mí, porque puedo pasar momentos divertidos con ellos y luego hay tiempo de devolverlos para volver al silencio que tanto me gusta. Disfruto mi rol de tía que consiente, llevandolos a lugares geniales como este parque al que fuimos hace unos días 😃.

After going to the big horror expo, we still had some time to walk around. Despite the fact that it was a fairly hot day, when the sun began to go down the afternoon became more pleasant and they had to stay a while longer. Very close to where the horror event took place there was a fairly new square, one like the one we had never visited with the children.

Después de ir a la gran exposición de terror, aún nos quedaba algo de tiempo para seguir paseando por ahí. A pesar de que era un día bastante caluroso, cuando empezó a bajar el sol la tarde se puso más agradable y daban de quedarse un rato más. Muy cerca de donde se realizó el evento de terror había una plaza bastante nueva, una como la que nunca habíamos visitado con los niños.

It was clearly noticeable that this playground had a lot of investment, not even the ones near my house are like that. There were lots of tag games, swings, slides and even an arena. It all looked very fun, I even wanted to get on myself but there were a lot of people. The squares of my childhood were not like that at all, so these contemporary children are very lucky to be able to enjoy all of this. Everyone was running around because of course they wanted to take advantage of all the games, so you had to be careful not to bump into any energetic children 😅.

Se notaba claramente que este parque de juegos tenía mucha inversión, ni siquiera las que hay cerca de mi casa son así. Había un montón de juegos para traparse, hamacas, toboganes e incluso una palestra. Todo se veía muy divertido, incluso me daban ganas de subirme a mí pero había mucha gente. Las plazas de mi infancia no eran para nada así, así que estos niños contemporáneos tienen mucha suerte de poder disfrutar de todo esto. Todos corrían de un lado al otro porque por supuesto querían aprovechar todos los juegos, así que había que tener cuidado de no chocarse con ningún niño lleno de energía 😅.

The most fun game of all was a big fire truck that had various spaces to climb, climb, drop and crawl. The children were really fascinated with these, so much so that when it was time to leave they didn't want to get away from there. The good thing was that there were children of all ages, so even though my nephews are different ages, they all played together in the same place ❤️.

El juego más divertido de todos era un gran camión de bomberos que tenía varios espacios para escalar, trepar, tirarse y arrastrarse. Los niños estaban realmente fascinados con estos, tanto que cuando se hizo la hora de irnos no querían despegarse de ahí. Lo bueno era que había niños de todas las edades, por lo que a pesar de que mis sobrinos tienen edades diferentes, todos jugaron juntos en el mismo lugar ❤️.

Although my cousin and I were only passing through, we both agreed that this would be a good place to spend the afternoon drinking mate while the children have fun. The way home was quite long and by public transport, and as expected, the children slept the entire trip. When we got home, they went to bed early and all, so we were able to enjoy the silence for a bit after being around little kids all day. I like being part of my nephews' lives doing these activities: I think that at their age (less than 12 years old), these memories will be the best for them in the future. Meanwhile, I regret not being able to get on the games but I'm glad to be sharing a good time with them 😅.

Si bien mi prima y yo solo estuvimos de pasada, las dos coincidimos es que este seria un buen lugar para pasar la tarde tomando mates mientras los niños se divierten. El camino a casa fue bastante largo y en transporte público, y como era de esperarse, los niños fueron todo el viaje durmiendo. Cuando llegamos a casa, ellos se durmieron temprano y todo, por lo que pudimos disfrutar del silencio un poco después de estar todo el día entre niños pequeños. Me gusta formar parte de la vida de mis sobrinos haciendo estas actividades: pienso que a la edad que tienen (menos de 12 años), estos recuerdos serán los mejores para ellos en el futuro. Mientras tanto, yo me lamento de no poder subirme a los juegos pero me alegro por estar compartiendo un buen momento con ellos 😅.
