In case you want to join in, here is a personal invitation from @silverd510

Each day you post a gift that you would like to receive for Christmas. It needs to be precious metal related to qualify. The items can be something you’d like from our silvergoldstackers Secret Santa. Or they could also be something that you really truly wish was a possible gift.

My wishes for Christmas this year are reasonable. And they are all 1 ounce of silver each.

Munity Metals Silver Round: Revenge of the Kraken

The Revenge of the Kraken is a 1oz .999 silver round selling at $42.00 from Mutiny Metals website.

The same is selling at $39.95 from Ohio Metals at Ebay. Below are the photos from Ebay.

Most of Mutiny Metals 1 ozt .999 silver rounds are hand poured onto engraved molds. Nothing is stamped.

As against using a large stamp with all markings in it. An example of that is below. They use a pneumatic press for ease of stamping.

Both are good!

Both feature the manufacturer name with the weight and purity, so you can be sure of the purchase you are making.

Purchasing hand-poured silver has some advantages, one of which is the distinctive, rustic appearance of hand poured silver.

There are many lovely hand-poured silver rounds and bars. Because they are made by hand, no two hand-poured rounds or bars are precisely the same.

The appearance of hand-poured silver is not to everyone's taste. Some hand poured silver lacks the polished, clean appearance of manufactured silver bars and coins. But collectors who desire exquisite, personalized silver bars and rounds with exquisite artwork frequently choose them due to their distinctive appearance.

I have never bought hand poured silver, from what I have read this post it is similar to having a personalized gift, I like it because the person gets to choose what they want in it, the fact that it is NOT overly polished is not relevant if we take into account that it is handmade
