My support ticket has already been open for 12 hours and they still haven't given me satisfactory answers. Mine is practically insignificant, I can't imagine how someone who invests $100, $500 or $1000 and is in this situation could feel. The strange thing is that I see the contract processing conversions, but mine, nothing! It really is frustrating and hurts how good PolyCub can be. I think we will have to look for other options to get the tokens, because apparently, the bridge cannot be trusted, much less those who should provide a solution to problems like mine.
