Hey ya'll, remember when I was trying to figure out WTF this was on this two acres of land I was shopping? Well it turns out this land comes with a free recreational vehicle!
I paid a photographer nearby to go out there and grab some shots. Needless to say, I was thrilled to find a free RV!
I called the landfill about 2 hours away in Elko City. They won't take this beauty without a title. I'd have to chop it up into little pieces first.
I called a junkyard about an hour away in the town of Wells. He doesn't have a flatbed that will fit it, and even if he did, this is about a $1,000 problem. Problem you say?
The junkyard gave me the number to a couple local scavengers, who could haul this thing away "no questions asked". I just had to call the local tavern to track them down-- well that was a dead end.
So I called back the current owner, and let him know I felt like I was taking advantage of him.
Even though this was such a smoking deal, with a free RV and all, I just didn't have the budget to haul it away.
He said, no problem, he would lower the price by 1000 bucks!
Now his $1000 problem is my $1000 problem.
The good news is I already found a buyer for the land AND the RV. He said he'd be willing to sell the RV if y'all are interested.

There's potential there for an explore. Make the most of your opportunities! No cops, no gangsters, maybe just Walter White inside.
You have my permission!
What a shame. I always hate seeing things like this go to waste. The trailer alone is worth at least $500 if you can strip the dilapidated shell off it and get the two missing tires. I've been looking at building one so the trailers are on my mind. As a carpenter by trade there are so many things I'l like to put in mine.
Yeah, just left to rot! :-(
Seems like you're buying up film sets. This would be an amazing movie location!
I am very curious where this is located...
This is in NE Nevada.
Cool! Cheers for letting me know. I guess it can get both very hot and cold out there?
Reminds me of the Sierra Nevada ( in Spain ).
Back in the days, in 2009, when I spent a month and a half in Granada ( near the Sierra Nevada ), to learn Spanish, I discovered that 'Nevada' meant Snowy and that 'Sierra' stands for Mountain Range.
So are you living near there, if I may be so rude to ask? ;<)
Just curious :<)
Buenos dias amigo @Joshman, deseo que este bien al igual que su familia amigo .
