In a nail-biting climax to the three-week Giro, the final individual time trial revealed just how strong Roglic is.

Both physically AND mentally.

#giro🇮🇹

Roglic survived a disastrous moment midway through the stage when his chain slipped off on one of the steepest gradients.

Literally what nightmares are made of.

#giro🇮🇹

Especially for Roglic who has made a habit of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory in grand tours.

Despite that, he recovered his composure and carried on to win the stage by 40 seconds from Gerant Thomas.

Seriously, the mental fortitude to recover from the chain falling off at that moment can not be overstated.

With all of Roglic's past demons.

Immense.

Roglic now leads the general classification with only Sunday’s processional stage in Rome remaining.

I'm honestly so happy for Roglic.

With 3 weeks of fatigue in your body, to STILL overcome that last hurdle which was completely out of his control.

And not lose your mind.

Just brilliant.

Nice revenge for the time he lost the Tour de France in the climb time trail on the La Planche in 2020.
Great spirit!

Now let's give away some 100% LEO votes.

No questions to answer.

Just tell me something about cycling.

Literally anything!

Do you usually cycle yourself?

When I was a kid, I grew up near a national park so used to mountain bike.

But I got older, moved into the city and just stopped.

I really should buy a bike and get into it again :)

Do you?

I like to bike but never have had my own bike. Last time I rode one that was rented and I fell from it when I was to turn right in one corner 😂

Haha it's all about practise.

Try again :)
