Today I'm here with the Thirty Fourth iteration (can't believe it's been 34 already!) of my "Power Up & Sponsor" initiative! I will try to be doing these monthly, to both join in on the Power Up day festivities but also to add my own flavor to it that I think would be great if more could join in!

Power Up!
I would be remiss to not join in on the power up myself! Below is me adding some more Hive power, getting me to 25,500 for the year! I’m hyped for that! I am really excited to be 500 Hive Power over the initial goal I wanted to be at and if I didn't get the extra boost from Genesis League Sports I wouldn't have made it! That's some wild stuff! Goes to show the importance of trying to diversify, it pays off!

Wow that's awesome, thank you so much. I just did my power up this morning. Maybe the price of scrap will be up and Hive will be down the next time I go in and I can pick up some more.

Oh you powered up a great amount man!. For me I powered up 60 Hive. My hp goal for this year is around 1000. I wanted to set it higher but then I didn’t want to force myself and end up not achieving.

I hope by that time I can have 10000s of hive power. I really think at this price I have to concentrate on building. I want to be able to give a very good amount of vote value in the long run.
Yeah I hear you man, just don't focus too much on that otherwise it will be more of a chore than fun. Just stay out there engaging and you will get the stake as it rolls in. There's a bit of luck to it as well!

Congrats on being over 500HP over the goal. That’s definitely a nice plus.

I was pretty excited to creep over the original target by 500, sets me off this year on the right foot from a stake perspective. I’ve kind of shifted focus from getting a lot more stake to trying to engage and comment as much as I can instead, and let the stake grow as it will, slowly or quickly.
I think you can manage to sneak up to 2k for sure by the end of the year. 3 would be sweet or even meet in the middle and hit 2,500!

The thing about the Basic Income units is that they accumulate over time. They don't pay out immediately so keep that in mind.
An important thing to try and do is do what you are doing now and leave comments like this on many posts and you could likely grow quite easily! It just takes some time and dedication. I started with 0.000 Hive Power just like everyone else several years ago, it's possible!
