Hola hermosa comunidad, hoy quiero hablar de las uñas de nuestros hijos y tal vez hablar de eso sea algo muy básico para algunos, pero realmente el tema de las uñas en muchos casos se convierte en un gran problema y más para las maestras quien constantemente le están diciendo a los representantes que estén pendiente del cuidado de las uñas y el cabello de sus hijos.
Hello beautiful community, today I want to talk about our children's nails and maybe talking about it is something very basic for some, but really the issue of nails in many cases becomes a big problem and more for teachers who are constantly telling the representatives to be aware of the care of nails and hair of their children.
Cuando nuestro hijo es recién nacido lo primero que hacemos es cortarle las uñas o ponerle guantes para que no se rasque la cara y se lastime sin querer, luego adquirimos una rutina completa de cuidado y mantenimiento de las uñas de nuestros hijos, esto lo hacemos hasta que son casi adolescentes o al menos ese fue mi caso.
Mi hijo nunca se ha mordido las uñas, eso es algo muy bueno y constantemente se corta las uñas de las manos, pero con las uñas de los pies, el tema es más delicado, él tiene un tipo de uña que favorece que se le encarnen rápidamente, por lo que cada vez que se las corta, lo hace mal y entonces tengo que quitarle la uña encarnada, esto es muy doloroso para él, pero con el tiempo he aprendido que este tipo de uñas se cortan cuadradas y así evitamos que las uñas se entierren.
When our son is a newborn the first thing we do is cut his nails or put gloves on him so he doesn't scratch his face and hurt himself unintentionally, then we acquire a complete routine of care and maintenance of our children's nails, we do this until they are almost teenagers or at least that was my case.
My son has never bitten his nails, that is a very good thing and he constantly cuts his fingernails, but with his toenails the issue is more delicate, he has a type of nail that favors that they become ingrown quickly, so every time he cuts them, he does it wrong and then I have to remove the ingrown nail, this is very painful for him, with time I have learned that this type of nails are cut square and so we avoid that the nails get buried.
En una ocasión la uña se puso tan mal que tuve que llevarlo al ambulatorio y me pidieron un bisturí y una gasa para hacerle una pequeña intervención, y lo peor de todo es que era sin anestesia, esa noticia le pareció tan mala a mi hijo que llegó a casa pidiéndome que le quitara la uña enterrada para no ir al ambulatorios, y aunque lloró un rato conseguí sacar el trozo enterrado.
Los médicos siempre dicen que el problema de las uñas enterradas es por qué las cortan mal y yo estoy de acuerdo con eso, porque al hacer un mal corte predisponemos que la uña agarre para otras partes, no hay nada más doloroso que una uña encarnada y quiénes lo han vivido saben de qué estoy hablando.
On one occasion the nail got so bad that I had to take him to the ambulatory and they asked me for a scalpel and a gauze to make a small intervention, and the worst of all is that it was without anesthesia, that news seemed so bad to my son that he came home asking me to remove the ingrown nail, and although he cried for a while I managed to remove the ingrown piece.

Siempre me ha parecido que ver a un niño con las uñas largas y sucias es falta de higiene y da mal aspecto, en muchos casos falta de supervisión de los padres y tal vez muchos no le dan la importancia que se merece pero recordemos que los niños se llevan las manos a la boca, otros se chupan los dedos o se comen las uñas y cuando comen sus alimentos también se llevan las manos a la boca, esto podría traer diferentes enfermedades infecciones para nuestros pequeños.
Creo que a los únicos que justifico de tener las uñas sucias es a los mecánicos, porque realmente cuando uno trabaja con ese tipo de grasa es bastante difícil de sacar completamente.

En algunos lugares los padres tienen la costumbre de llevar a sus hijos a la pedicura o al podólogo, yo nunca he tenido la necesidad de hacerlo porque trabajé muchos años como manicurista, así que yo misma atiendo las uñas de mi hijo, incluso le hago constantemente incapié en la forma de cortarlas por qué pronto será un adulto.
Something that is being handled a lot in schools nowadays is the correct use of nails in girls, as you know false nails are in fashion, but at least in the high school where my son studies they do not allow it, they do not allow colored nails either, girls can only use a gloss and they must keep them short.

Cómo padres siempre debemos estar atentos incluso de los pequeños detalles de nuestros hijos, porque debemos enseñarles la forma correcta de asear y mantener en buen estado todas las áreas del cuerpo, de nuestra crianza y enseñanza depende su personalidad en la vida adulta.
On one occasion one of my aunts cut my cousin's nails because she got into a fight and completely scratched my other cousin's face, maybe that is one of the reasons why they are demanding short nails in high school.
As parents we should always be aware of even the smallest details of our children, because we must teach them the correct way to clean and maintain in good condition all areas of the body, our upbringing and teaching depends on their personality in adult life.

Por otro lado te comento mi esposo tiene trabajando desde los 14 años en el área de la mecánica y puedo decirlo yo muy orgullosamente que él no tiene ni sus manos cayosas, ni sus uñas sucias. Puedo decir que él no parece mecánico, y ya tiene 60 años trabajando en esa área,los que le venden repuestos se siempre se sorprenden, 😜 😜 Depende de la higiene de cada quién, a veces va donde la manicurista para que le limpie y le ponga brillo. En cambio yo si sufro con el dedo gordo de mis pies. Un abrazo
Wooo que calidad en serio , bueno yo en mi vida no he visto el primer hombre mecánico con las uñas limpias , deberías hablar de eso en un post y mostrarnos fotos , y bueno la lucha con el dedo gordo también la tiene mi hijo pero ahí vamos poco a poco
