Loss is very present in the work. From the very first chapter, Tatsumi finds himself in a situation that shows the importance of murder. Death is always there, and any confrontation, no matter how small, can be the ultimate confrontation for any character in the business. This has created a lingering tension. You never know when or who will be killed in battle.

When it comes to character themes, they all have something unique about them, whether it's their personality or their appearance, you will love them. There are a lot of positives , and the death of some of them makes you like the characters even more, in my case the were Chelsea and Mine.

His villains acted to feel contempt for them, with the exception of Esdeath, with whom you feel immense sympathy as you continue through the subsequent chapters. But if you were to mention two of the most vile villains, Hekatonkheires and Seryu Ubiquitous, you would actually feel contempt and hatred for them.

It's a story that hooks you in the first second because there's something about it that makes you addicted to watching it and knowing what to expect next. Personally, I really enjoyed it, but like I said, it grabs you somehow.
