Wow... Another phase of training for these sets of people. It's always good to set some standard for a training like this as it will guide the trainees on what's expected of them. Hopefully, they should be consistent in learning either through the live meeting or through the recorded video and more importantly attend the test quiz.

It gets easier actually.. The stress was too much last month but since we had done it before, it felt a lot easier.
