When it comes to coffee in method I will be there, I met a beautiful place that offers much more than a coffee experience, a place that has much more than a story behind a cup of coffee, I am a coffee shop explorer, curious to know much more about the subject, the richness that can be behind a cup of coffee beyond its flavor and aroma, there is a work of planting and harvesting, real people who do a great job cultivating and caring for each experience that will go to your cup.
For this experience, I wanted a method called siphon, which is characterized as a direct heating mechanism with a burner that heats the water and goes up from its lower capsule to the upper capsule, at the time when the water is heating the time is going up, Once it is up we wait a little turbulence until we know that it is ready without letting it boil too much to not over extract the coffee, once the previously ground coffee is poured we move it with a spoon that is not metal, we wait a little and we do it again, you can notice the extracted oils in the glass, another way to know what kind of coffee we are drinking, it looks pretty clean.
A good variety of coffees that we can opt for, it is interesting the universe behind all this wonder, where this place has been in the market for 16 years, bringing joy with their experiences, aromas and flavors, I did not know about them until I decided to enter their commercial premises, which I found very nice from its facade until I entered, a wonderful attention that makes you feel at home and educates you while watching the process of preparing your coffee, even for the late art there is a preparation at your table so you can observe how it is done and what method they use, wonderful.
As I am a woman of knowing special coffee shops, I definitely loved this one, it gave me a lot to look forward to for a next opportunity, and I think I recommend it after my experience, besides, it is a barista school so if you are also interested in learning about barismo this place has a school so that you too can learn those important details behind the preparation of a good cup of coffee or a good late art.

Cuando de café en método se trata ahi estaré, conocí un lugar hermoso que ofrece mucho mas que una experiencia con el café, un lugar que tiene mucho mas que una historia detrás de una taza de café, soy exploradora de cafeterias, curiosa por conocer mucho mas del tema, lo rico que puede haber detrás de una taza de café mas allá de su sabor y aroma, hay un trabajo de siembra y recolección, personas reales que hacen un gran trabajo cultivando y cuidando cada experiencia que ira a tu taza.
Para esta experiencia, quise un método llamado sifón, que se caracteriza por ser mecanismo de calentamiento directo con un mechero que va calentando el agua y va subiendo desde su capsula inferior hasta la capsula superior, en el momento en el que se esta calentando el agua al tiempo va subiendo, una vez este arriba esperamos un poco su turbulencia hasta saber que ya esta lista sin dejar que hierva demasiado para no sobre extraer el café, una vez que se vierte el café previamente molido lo movemos con una cuchara que no sea de metal, esperamos un poco y lo volvemos a hacer, se pueden notar los aceites extraído en el vidrio, otra manera de saber que tipo de café estamos tomando, se ve bastante limpio.
Una buena variedad de cafes por los que podemos optar, es interesante el universo detrás de toda esta maravilla, donde este lugar lleva 16 años en el mercado, llevando alegría con sus experiencias, aromas y sabores, yo no sabia de ellos hasta que decidí entrar a su local comercial, el cual me pareció muy lindo desde su fachada hasta que entre, una atención maravillosa que te hace sentir en casa y que te educa mientras observas el proceso de preparación de tu café, incluso para el arte late hay una preparación en tu mesa así puedes observar como se hace y que método utilizan, maravilloso.
Como soy una mujer de conocer cafeterias especiales, definitivamente esta me encanto, me dio mucho que desear para una próxima oportunidad, y creo que la recomiendo luego de mi experiencia, además, es una escuela de barismo así que si también estas interesado en aprender sobre barismo este lugar cuenta con escuela para que tu también puedas aprender esos detalles importantes detrás de la preparación de una buena taza de café o de un buen arte late.
