I am very happy with the Christmas Master Class.
The registration process started a week ago, it was promoted on Instagram, Twitter, Whatsapp, Facebook, and here on PeakD. I am grateful to @ambarvegas @marian5pacheco @enriquegarcia14 who helped me.
Fourteen people registered. The participants were children, teenagers and adults. All could not be present due to connectivity problems, the internet was very unstable.
The Christmas vocabulary was explained, grouped by symbols, first, the vocabulary related to the Christmas tree, Second, to Santa Claus, then, to the birth of the baby Jesus, and finally the recreational and sports activities that take place in winter.
Repetition and association activities were carried out to learn the vocabulary, the content was deepened and expended with Christmas songs such as We Wish you a Merry Christmas, Jinglle bells and Silent night. Besides, a video of the Birth of Jesus was shown. Phrases were taught to use vocabulary in context, phrases to wish people this Christmas. To assess learning, a game was played.
The participants pronounced the words, sang and answered the questions of the game.
The homework was to make a Christmas letter.
Certificates were handed out.
Finally, among the 14 participants, a month's free English course was raffled off.
The lucky winner was Mr. Félix Cavero.

Estoy muy contenta de la Master Class de Navidad que realicé. El proceso de inscripción se inició hace una semana, se promocionó por Instagram, Twitter, estados de Whatsapp, Facebook, mensajes de Whatsapp en grupos especificos y por aqui en PeakD. Agradezco a @ambarvegas @marian5pacheco @enriquegarcia14 quienes me ayudaron.
Se inscribieron 14 personas. Los participantes fueron niños, jovenes y adultos. Todos no pudieron estar presentes por problemas de conectividad, el internet estaba muy inestable.
Se explicó el vocabulario de Navidad, agrupados por simbolos, primero, el vocabulario relacionado con el arbolito de navidad, luego con Santa Claus, después, con el nacimiento del niño Jesús y finalmente las actividades recreativas y deportivas que se realizan en invierno.
Se realizaron actividades de repetición y asociación para aprender el vocabulario, se profundizó el contenido con canciones de navidad como We Wish you a Merry Christmas, Jinglle bells y Silent night. Igualmente, se mostró un video del Nacimiento de Jesús. Se enseñaron frases para usar el vocabulario en contexto, frases para desear a las personas en esta navidad.Para valorar el aprendizaje se realizó un juego. La tarea es hacer un carta de navidad.
Los participantes pronunciaron las palabras, cantaron y respondieron a las preguntas del juego.
Se entregaron los certificados.
Entre los 14 inscritos, se rifó un mes de clases gratis de un curso de inglés. El feliz afortunado fue el señor Félix Cavero
