Cake in a Cup!

Making things easy once you become a parents is what it's all about and this awesome idea I came across was fun and a lot easier to do than it looks.

Sometimes you feel like a cake but without having to make the mess all get all the equipment together and then dirtying the ovan. I found a quick and easy recipe to put together that you can do with the kids or on your own in a microwave. Now it isn't the best tasting cake on the planet but it hits the spot on those nights where you really can't be bothered but still want something sweet and to kill some time with the kids.

Don't forget to add some ice cream or you can just eat it straight from the cup if you like.

4 tbsp self-raising flour
4 tbsp caster sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 medium egg
3 tbsp milk
3 tbsp vegetable oil or sunflower oil
a few drops of vanilla essence or other essence
