A microgreen garden along the wall.
Hi Friends,
When I'm out and about, I can't help but be entranced by the beauty of old buildings.
I often find myself standing in awe, looking up at them and thinking about the lives that have been lived within. But I'm also drawn to the life that's growing on the outside of them. The intricate details of the ivy, the lichen, and the moss that have taken up residence on the stone walls, creeping and crawling up towards the sky - it's a sight that I never tire of. So I take out my phone and snap a few photos, to remember the beauty of the simple life that's growing on the walls of these old buildings.
The other day in Hoi An, I was awestruck by the old buildings. (As I am most times)
Everywhere I looked, there were ancient structures with a life of their own, with plants and other greenery growing outside. I couldn't help but stop and explore the tiny world of flora that had taken up residence on the building. It was a fantastic sight!
The mixture of the old structures and lush vegetation created a unique experience.
When I look at the photos of the micro world, I take my mind on ventures into the unknown. I like to think of the tiny patches of defiant life as secret, hidden places where fairies and other mythical creatures must live. I want to imagine what kind of life they lead and what stories they tell each other around their campfires. I believe these creatures must be brave and wise, living in such a tiny world and adjusting to their ever-changing environment.
It amazes me to think that such a small world could be so full of adventure and possibilities.
Anyways, I hope you enjoy these photos. :)
Cheers
