Meanwhile Hive has bumped up just a bit to catch some upwards price action, and will we ever see a dollar again...is the question?
Is the Hive (the cryptocurrency) attractive for investors?
How the most of the Hive users are behaving?
From the blogging aspect, almost all I see is dozens of ignored/overlooked Hive posts, because honestly speaking, most Hive users focus on their own posts.
There is a general lack of real content consumers.
And the same is true for video contents too (ThreeSpeak) (3Speak).
Soms people force themselves to write comments under other people's posts.
And many people on Hive write comments under your posts only if you also write comments under their posts.
The natural usage nowadays is very rare on Hive.
Most Hive users are socially ruining an otherwise technically revolutionary platform by their bad behavior.
Seeing this aspect, Hive is really not so attractive from the investors viewpoint.
Nowadays I also rather buy hundreds/thousands of Hive only to sell it for Hive Dollars (HBD), and transfer it to savings.
Because currently I do not know any external cryptocurrency exchange, which would support Hive Dollars (HBD) directly.
I hear ya man. I think its a bit of both worlds. Plenty of genuine people who post and comment but surely a lot of crap and ignored content too. Tough to get a good following sometimes, and to get good votes. Keep at it though man, find the sweet spot. We should both be adding to the steembasicincome thing, i think its worth it. We can help each other out and it will assist in votes for our posts.

Probably you mean HSBI.
Currently I have a few shares, but currently I do not know much about it.
As I currently know, 1 HSBI share is 1 Hive.
If this is the case, then I will consider giving you a few shares in the near future.
But I would rather build passive income with Hive.
Because nowadays I spend very little time online.
As long as there are no content consumers, posting to Hive is not really worth it.
Real comments, and $0 USD rewards on Facebook is much better than a few cents, but zero (or nearly zero) actual content consumers on Hive.
Honestly, even the smallest Facebook groups (for example with a few hundred members) have more real interaction than the Hive blockchain.
