My opinion doesnt matter a flying duck, but:
"Change 5min vote window to longer window and provide proportional rewards during the window"
This is great and encourages us small fishes to actually read, ponder and vote good articles to earn some plancton. Thanks a lot, good idea!

Yes, I think it will help a lot. It won't stop botting, but it certainly levels the playing field.
