Hello to everyone in the Visual Shots community! Today I join the community to share with you some images that I have been able to get from my walk today in the city of San Felix. I take as inspiration two dear photographers who handle street photography in an extraordinary way: @jlinaresp and @wilfredocav. The latter, being my husband and who has had the patience to teach me this art. I invite you of course to see their work, which you will find here on the Hive platform in several of the communities dedicated to the photography niche. Let's start with it then.

From street photography I like the spontaneity that comes out of the moment. Nothing too planned, nothing too embellished. Just the duty of wanting to capture what the eye finds in the randomness of everyday life, but while respecting the nature of what is observed (i.e. where there is no intervention on the part of the photographer), it also involves a certain degree of skill, sensitivity and determination. Trusting the process of what is captured has meaning and added value for the photographer. It seems like a no-brainer, but not all street photography causes interest or relevance in the viewer. Perhaps you will decide whether or not the ones you see here are to your taste.

I consider myself a novice in photography even though I have done a few things here and there, but what I really like about it is what I can find as I get better and better at it. You would think that the image speaks for itself but that can't happen if the photographer doesn't know what he wants or doesn't have the ways to do it. Learning to see, learning to know and learning to learn. Among other things, these photographs were taken during my route to the San Felix market since there are usually quite affordable prices there. So I took advantage of the fact that Payito (my partner) was carrying his camera and even more fortuitous the event, he lent it to me to take some pictures.

In spite of the intense sun, I am thankful for the weather today because during these days of heavy rain, having a little bit of clarity is appreciated to be able to take some pictures. I would like to mention that in some of them the intentions are arranged according to the rhythm (the repetition of shapes that create patterns), the lines (the direction and tension in which some figures of the image are arranged) and the contrast between lights/shadows (the eternal duality in art). Some of them are more evident and others not so much. I must say that after a while it started to rain quite hard which was a surprise, so I could not continue with the work. I think the next installment will be postponed until next time. Finally this has been my delivery, with nothing more to say, many thanks.

Aprender a ver, aprender a conocer y aprender a aprender.
