Espero que todas hayan tenido una increíble semana llena de muchas bendiciones, hoy nuevamente decido unirme a esta dinámica semanal en la que nos encanta contar un poco más de nosotras y conocernos aún más, así que sin más que decir estás son mis respuestas ❤️✨

1 ¿Cuándo fue la última vez que saliste de tu zona de confort y qué lograste?

Creo que la más notable siempre ha sido desde que comencé a entrenar en un gimnasio, la verdad siempre me había avergonzado que me vieran haciendo ejercicio, siempre pensé “alguien gordo haciendo ejercicio? Eso es una burla” por eso nunca me animaba y buscaba otras maneras de hacerlo, lo hacía desde casa o simplemente dejaba de comer.

Luego de pensarlo mucho y con la compañía de mi hermano menor, decidimos ir y termine sintiéndome mucho más cómoda, se volvió uno de mis hobbies favoritos, una excelente manera de drenar mi estrés y claro, una ayuda increíble con mi autoestima, aunque para serles aunque actualmente no me encuentro en mi mejor momento, no me siento tan bien como cuando empecé nunca me arrepiento de haberlo intentado.

Entrenar es un esfuerzo constante, es un día a día intentando progresar.

Otro de los más notables fue en el trabajo, cuando empezamos a trabajar en el negocio no teníamos ni la menor idea de cómo hacer pasteles, pensábamos qué haciendo cualquier guiso y comprando masas baratas íbamos a crecer, y si, se podría mantener un negocio así, pero la idea es siempre destacar, así que luego de muchísimas logramos tener la masa que tanto le ha gustado a la gente y por la cual nos destacamos.

En general intento no quedarme estancada, me gusta día a día probar cosas nuevas y si no funciona pues no quedo con la duda de “Que pasaría si hubiera” sino “lo importante es que lo intente”. Pero también es importante el no decaer cuando sales de tu zona de confort y no funciona, porque esa es una de las principales razones del porque dejamos de probar cosas nuevas.

2 ¿Cuál es tu rutina de belleza?

En general no tengo una rutina de belleza muy larga, lo que hago normalmente es:

Media hora antes (mínimo) de lavarme el cabello, me aplico aceite de coco en las puntas ya que se me tiende a resecar mucho y sobre el aceite me aplico baño de crema. Esto lo realizo humedeciendo bien el cabello antes para que absorba bien los productos.

Una vez a la semana me limpio bien el rostro haciendo una especie de exfoliación, por lo general es miel con un toque de azúcar.

Luego es pero que se me seque el cabello al natural y me lo aliso un poco, no mucho, es solo para quitarle lo alborotado que se pone.

Como ya les mencioné yo trabajo es en la cocina entonces esto no te da mucho chance para que me arregle todos los días, así que no suelo maquillarme mucho a menos que vaya a salir o quiera probar nuevas técnicas de maquillaje

#1 When was the last time you stepped out of your comfort zone and what did you accomplish?

I think the most notable has always been since I started training in a gym, the truth had always been embarrassing to be seen exercising, I always thought "someone fat exercising? That's a joke" that's why I never encouraged myself and looked for other ways to do it, I did it from home or simply stopped eating.

After thinking about it a lot and with the company of my younger brother, we decided to go and I ended up feeling much more comfortable, it became one of my favorite hobbies, an excellent way to drain my stress and of course, an incredible help with my self-esteem, although to be Even though I'm not at my best right now, I don't feel as good as when I started, I never regret trying.

Training is a constant effort, it is a day to day trying to progress.

Another of the most notable was at work, when we started working in the business we had no idea how to make cakes, we thought that by making any stew and buying cheap dough we would grow, and yes, we could maintain a business like this , but the idea is always to stand out, so after many, we managed to have the mass that people have liked so much and for which we stand out.

In general, I try not to get stuck, I like to try new things every day and if it doesn't work, then I don't have the question of “what would happen if there were” but rather “the important thing is that I try it”. But it's also important not to give up when you leave your comfort zone and it doesn't work, because that's one of the main reasons why we stop trying new things.

#2 What is your beauty routine?

In general I don't have a very long beauty routine, what I usually do is:

Half an hour (at least) before washing my hair, I apply coconut oil to the ends since it tends to dry out a lot and I apply a cream bath over the oil. I do this by moistening the hair well before so that it absorbs the products well.

Once a week I clean my face well doing a kind of exfoliation, usually it is honey with a touch of sugar.

Then it's but that I dry my hair naturally and I straighten it a little, not much, it's just to take away how messy it gets.

As I already mentioned, I work in the kitchen so this doesn't give you much of a chance to fix myself every day, so I don't usually put on a lot of makeup unless I'm going out or want to try new makeup techniques
