My version of the Apple Cake with Dark Chocolate Flakes - Light Recipe without Eggs, Milk and Butter. [ENG-ITA]

Dear Hive friends, today I wanted to delight my beloved partner @giovi86 and what could be better than a good apple and chocolate cake that makes everything sweeter.

As a classic homemade cake, the one with dark chocolate and apples is my favourite, I find it a perfect balance, I also really like using it for breakfast in the morning, but usually it doesn't last so long that sometimes it doesn't arrive the following morning.

The ingredients to use are very few, a simple cake, within the reach of all those who want to try to create something sweet in the kitchen. The important thing is to use quality ingredients, choose good dark chocolate and nice crunchy and juicy apples. Furthermore, the cake that I propose to you today is also light because we do not use eggs, butter or milk, but it will still be very tasty. The appearance of my dessert will have a more amber color than usual, even inside, because I prefer to use raw cane sugar, which has a different and spicier flavor compared to classic sugar.

Cari amici di Hive, oggi volevo deliziare la mia amata compagna @giovi86 e cosa c'è di meglio che una buona torta alle mele e al cioccolato che rende tutto più dolce.
Come torta classica casalinga, quella con cioccolato fondente e mele è la mia preferita, lo trovo un bilanciamento perfetto, mi piace molto utilizzarla anche per la colazione alla mattina, ma di solito dura così poco che a volte non arriva alla mattina seguente.
Gli ingredienti da utilizzare sono davvero pochi, una torta semplice, alla portata di tutti coloro che vogliono provare a creare qualcosa di dolce in cucina. L'importante è utilizzare ingredienti di qualità, scegliete del buon coccolato fondente e delle mele belle croccanti e succose. Inoltre la torta che vi propongo oggi è anche light perché non usiamo né uova né burro né latte, ma sarà ugualmente molto gustosa. L'aspetto del mio dolce avrà un colore più ambrato del solito, anche al suo interno, perchè preferisco utilizzare il zucchero di canna grezzo, che ha un sapore diverso e più speziato a confronto dal zucchero classico.

INGREDIENTS


370ml of Water.
360g of Flour.
150g of Sugar.
75ml of Seed Oil.
1 Apple
30g of Dark Chocolate.
1 bag of Baking Powder.

370ml di Acqua.

150g di Zucchero.
75ml di Olio di Semi.
1 Mela
30g di Cioccolato Fondente.
1 Bustina di Lievito in Polvere.

PROCEDURE


Let's start by taking a bowl and pour the flour, sugar and baking powder into it, mixing everything well.

Iniziamo prendendo una ciotola e versiamo al suo interno la farina, lo zucchero e il lievito, mescolando tutto per bene.


Now we pour the water and the seed oil into the same bowl a little at a time, mix with a spoon until everything has become homogeneous.

Ora versiamo nella stessa ciotola l'acqua e l'olio di semi un po' alla volta, mescoliamo con un cucchiaio finché il tutto non sarà diventato omogeneo.


Let the mixture rest and in the meantime peel and cut the apple into medium-sized pieces and crush the dark chocolate (You can also use the one especially for sweets, which you can already find in drops to make it quicker).

Lasciamo riposare il composto e nel frattempo sbucciamo e tagliamo la mela in un pezzi di media grandezza e frantumiamo il cioccolato fondente (Potete usare anche quello apposta per dolci, che trovate già in gocce per fare prima).


When 30 minutes have passed, take our mixture in the bowl and blend it with the whisk until it has accumulated enough air. Using the whisks go slowly with the speed, because the mixture is very light and if you use too much power it will splash everywhere...

Quando sono passati 30 minuti prendiamo il nostro composto nella ciotola e andiamo a frullarlo con le fruste, fino a che non avra accumulato abbastanza aria. Usando le fruste andate piano con la velocità, perchè il composto è molto leggero e se usate troppa potenza schizzerà ovunque...

Let's take the apple and the chocolate and add them to the compound, mixing with a spoon from the bottom up so as not to disassemble the compound.

Prendiamo la mela e il cioccolato e aggiungiamoli al composto, mescolando con un cucchiaio dal basso verso l'alto per non smontare il composto.


Now we can turn the oven on to 180 degrees, take our cake shape (I am very comfortable using silicone ones, nothing sticks on), grease it with oil and pour our mixture into it.

Ora possiamo accende il forno a 180 gradi, prendiamo la nostra forma per dolci (io mi trovo molto bene ad usare quelle in silicone, non si attacca nulla), ungiamola con dell'olio e versiamo dentro il nostro composto.


When the oven is hot, put the cake inside and cook for 35/40 minutes. The dessert will be cooked when the surface has hardened a little and has taken on an intense brown colour.

Quando il forno sarà caldo, mettiamo dentro il dolce e facciamo cuocere per 35/40 minuti. Il dolce sarà cotto quando la superficie si sarà indurita un po' e avrà assunto un colore bruno intenso.

Once the dessert is out of the oven, wait for it to cool down naturally, so it won't lose its lightness and once it's cold, cut it and enjoy it in company.

Una volta sfornato il dolce, aspettate che si raffreddi naturalmente, così non perderà la sua leggera consistenza e una volta freddo tagliatelo e gustatelo in compagnia .
