Philippines Lechon is my boss favorite food. Whenever he goes to our branch office at manila, he would always find time to get Lechon 😁

PUSO in Cebuano/Bisaya language is what we call "hanging rice". It's a boiled rice inside a woven coconut palm leaves

In Malaysia, we call this as Ketupat

It's so nice to know the same thing like this wooden rice in coconut palm leaves and what it's called. Asian has almost the same food and style and I think it only differs with the spices.
