DEGUSTANDO UN SABROSO ASADO CON AMIGOS.....ENJOYING A TASTY ASADO WITH FRIENDS

in Foodies Bee Hive2 months ago

Good morning everyone, as we all know, Sunday is here, but this time it is the birthday of a co-worker, to which I was invited to taste a tasty roast, which is composed of chinchulín, black pudding, homemade sausages, sweetbreads and a whole vacuum of beef, as usual to cook it, after lighting the fire very well, leaving the charcoal, or the embers, we place the grill, once hot, the same is cleaned, then place the meat mentioned above on it.

To know when everything is cooked, when it has a brownish color at the bottom, we turn the meat, and after a while, we cut small pieces, which is to know if the roast is ready, and then begin to taste.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR READING AND FOLLOWING ME.
