I have this habit of mine when I don't like our viand I will cook another that I want. I only do it when I'm alone though HAHA. And as I cook I feel so satisfied like I am a talented chef, I feel so proud about what I cook. Lol. So for today, I will share an easy viand recipe.
So we have a 'Sinigang na Isda' today but I'm not in the mood to eat that kind of dish so I decided to make 'Fish sisig', instead of pork I used fish since that is the available. So let's start cooking!
The ingredient:
Fish
Onion
Egg
Pepper
Salt
The first thing to do is crush the fish but not that much. Just slightly crush it until you see that the fish is already cut apart. Ohh before I forgot I used the fish that is in the sinigang so it is already cooked.
Then I chop some diced onion. I didn't put garlic because I don't want to HAHA. I'm not a fan of garlic, the smell of it is great but the taste is not that much. So after chopping the onion saute it until golden brown. Do you know my favourite part of cooking is sauteing the onion and garlic HAHA, I don't know but it just feels great and the aroma is so good!
Let's move to the next step, the next thing to do is add your crushed fish. I cook it for about 1-2 minutes then I put the egg and I waited a little bit until the egg looks cooked then I stir it until the egg and the fish mixed together.
And then add some salt and pepper to taste. I also use Magi Magic sarap, I often use this seasoning when I cook, in short, this is my secret ingredient when I cook. 🤪 Then our Sizzling fish sisig is done!
For the rice, I just make fried rice because fried rice is perfect to partner with it. Time to eat! 🤤
That looks yummy. Isn't it funny how different parts of cooking are more enjoyable than others? I love chopping things up. It just makes me feel so powerful. Found through dreemport.
Haha thats true! Those parts are the most enjoyable for me. Lol

Haha same here each time that I do not like the food I cook something or order online (Back then but now since I am the head chef in our home I am the one who's cooking)
Fish sisig mukhang masarap ah! The usual sisig has mayonnaise why yours doesn't have one is there a particular reason to why?
Wala kaming mayonaise, thats it 🤣 HAHA
HAHAHA kaya pala!
Your dish looks yummy, @jpatrick28 and perfectly easy to make. I was thinking about what I should have for lunch, and now I have something different to try. Hopefully, tinned tuna will be okay. I'll also add in the garlic as I love garlic. Hehe!
Ohh that sounds great! I hope you enjoy 😁
Yum! yum!! 😋😋
Well I see this a method I also use in making my own but my ingredients are tomatoes and fresh peppers with some veggies.... you should try that.
We have similarities whenever it comes to cooking what's we desire and getting utmost satisfaction after consuming it 😋
Thanks for submitting this awesome method on how to make "fish sisisg" in dreemport.
I will try your recipe soon I have time to cook
