Indonesian Style Fried Rice

Hello overyone, Welcome.
Have you ever seen me cook? This time, I am very worried about my wife's health, because she is fasting, I helped her. I forgot to say that she should not fast today because there is a little event at home, so, basically she always helps to cook at home if there is an event that requires making food. I know, my wife is very good at cooking.

But, you know that if making food in large quantities requires a lot of energy, so, she only prepares a few ingredients and then I cook. This time, there is an event for 'wirid' at home, so we want to cook food for 40 people who are planned to come to the house.

Because the event is at night, so, plan to make quite a lot of 'nasi goreng'. cooking rice this morning as much as 6kg of rice and that also uses selected rice. Choosing to use slightly hard rice, not like rice for making sushi, it is very different. Here they call it premium rice.

Preparation in making the seasoning has also been done since morning, so, in the afternoon, I will stir it in a fairly large pan with high heat. For the seasoning, there are chilies, shallots and garlic that are pureed. This seasoning is quite spicy because the majority of people like spicy flavors. There is also soy sauce, meatballs and sausages as toppings. Don't forget to also fry enough eggs for everyone.

As an aromatic, I use celery and also leeks, at least there is a little mixture that adds enough fiber to the fried rice. Yes, everything must be balanced, so that the taste of this fried rice is also delicious and makes the person who eats it happy.

One of the things I like and actually a dream of mine is to be able to cook for many people, especially making fried rice. Although I can't cook like my wife, I am very good at mixing fried rice with a delicious taste too. At least there is one dish that I can cook deliciously. That is the science of survival.

It's a little tricky in making fried rice, you have to adjust to the fire used too. That's why, it takes a lot of energy to cook this much fried rice, but, it's very fun. Not to mention if many people like it.

I can conjure up plain white rice with a distinctive taste, there is smoky from the smoke of the fire when cooking, there is a salty and savory taste in every bite, there is sweetness from the soy sauce and also there is a very strong aroma of celery.

This is the fried rice that I made in an hour, it can make 50 portions for today's wirid event. Then it will be put in a special place for food, but I didn't have time to take a picture of it because I was getting ready to take a shower and perform the wirid.
