Hoy les comparto una #receta deliciosa y sencilla de preparar para disfrutar un rico almuerzo en familia: Espagueti, frijol bayo guisado, huevo y aguacate, su preparación es sencilla y requiere pocos ingredientes.
Este almuerzo es rico en proteína de origen animal que aporta el huevo y de origen vegetal el frijol bayo, es un plato muy completo para reponer las energías y alimentar a los pequeños de la casa, les muestro el proceso de elaboración.

This lunch is rich in animal protein provided by the egg and vegetable protein provided by the bayo bean, it is a very complete dish to replenish energy and feed the little ones at home, I show you the process of preparation.
INGREDIENTES
Frijol bayo (215 gr)
Espagueti (200 gr)
Huevo (3)
Cebolla (1)
Ajo porro (1 rama)
Cebollín (1 rama)
Ají (3)
Margarina (1 cuchara)
INGREDIENTS

Spaghetti (200 gr)

Garlic (1 branch)

PROCEDIMIENTO
Lavé muy bien los frijoles y llevé a la estufa en una olla con 3 litros de agua, dejé en cocción por 25 minutos a fuego alto retiré y reservé.

Lavé los aliños, con agua y vinagre , luego corté en tiras y rodajas.

Agregué a los fríjoles, sal al gusto, los aliños cortados y dejé en cocción por 15 minutos a fuego medio retiré y reservé.

Para cocinar el espagueti llevé al fuego 1 olla con 2 litros de agua 1 cuchara de sal, al hervir agregué el espagueti dejé en cocción por 7 minutos a fuego alto.

Luego retiré colé y agregué 1 cuchara de margarina.

Hello dear, your lunch looks so healthy and delicious. My Mom always made this spaghetti for my special dinner. Lots of memories of my favorite dish! Always delicious and leftovers are awsome too! A short-cut for her cooking would be to use leftover spaghetti - spray dish with Pam, spoon in plain spaghetti, then the meat sauce; top with pepperoni slices, sprinkle with cheddar cheese and Parmasean. Bake until heated through & cheese melts. (smells like an Italian Eatery!)

En mi pueblo el frijol es fundamental, y cuando se hace a la leña bien aliñados adquieren un gusto incomparable.
