I liked so much the post from @trucklife-family that is called "The Power Of Expression".
Here you can see it whole https://peakd.com/hive-120078/@trucklife-family/the-power-of-expression

For me, it is about difficult emotions and feelings, and the relationship of society to them.
About how suffering people become uncomfortable for everyone around, and how such experiences are tabooed.
So person moves away from himself, not allowing himself to manifest these feelings outside, and shielding himself from them, deeply burying them inside.
These feelings are rammed into the depths of our subconscious, are displaced, remain unexpressed and unlived. They become like a time bomb.

This post gave me a lot of thoughts on this topic.
And I want to share them with you and continue this topic.
Hard emotional experiences were unacceptable in society for a long time. Such people were and still remain considered less able-bodied, unreliable, difficult to communicate, and unwanted.
It’s believed that such people are worse than the positive and ambitious leaders of society and such people need to be isolated.

I especially drew attention to this issue from the side of the topic of interest to me - art.

How many pieces of art of all time - poetry, songs, painting, have come from suffering and are about suffering.
Chuck Palahniuk wrote: "Art is born in suffering."

Pain is a signal that something is wrong in the body or soul, it is the oldest biological defense mechanism that contributes to the survival.
Suffering is an exclusively human cognitive-emotional experience, reflection on pain. And if pain is a purely physiological phenomenon the same for everyone, then people suffered in different ways. Comprehension of the phenomenon of pain occurs with the help of symbolic forms, and the most visual of them is art.

The language of art is almost the only tool that is suitable for describing the inexpressible and allows you to catch the trail of an elusive sensation.

I think suffering is a very deep inner fundamental feeling. And if you know how to transform it into creative action, live it and express it in art, it will not be so destructive. On the contrary, it will open a reservoir of energy to overcome what has become the cause and source of this suffering.
In addition, creating is the basic quality of our soul, as a particle of the Creator, God. And when a person creates in any form, the level of vibrations of his experiences increases and becomes another quality.

Because of this art therapy is gaining great popularity recent times.
The modern tendency aimed at changing the attitude towards phenomenon of suffering is encouraging. Now is beginning to spread the philosophy of acceptance, returning to yourself, awareness, and listening to your body, your feelings, and their connection with the body - psychosomatics.

A creative person is like a seashell into which sand falls and brings suffering. He lives with a grain of sand transforms it, and as a result, pearls are obtained. I think this process is wonderful!

This is beautiful, art is so important, creative expression really does bring the greatest healing. We are all creators at the end of the day and when we are prevented from creating from expressing who we are, then we really begin to suffer xxxx

Hi @trucklife-family)
Thanks for your feedback!
Yees, that's true :)

Expression is one of the most hardest things in the World today. It's easy for you to be misunderstood, most times people fear what they don't understand so they end up chastising you for no good reason.

Pain is felt in different ways, some people embrace it while others just break down. I wish the world could understand, I wish they could feel what we felt, this pain is too much to bear.

The introduction of creative expression has saved a lot of lives and has given people a chance to express their pain and what they truely feel. I know that each painting, with it goes a small piece of the artist and the fact that each one reflects something really deep.

Apart from painting, dancing is also another form of expression. It gives you a chance to channel all the pain, and strong emotions you feel into something great.

Your art is cool. Thanks for sharing ❤️💯✅

I agree with you absolutely, @chincoculbert 😌
Thank you very much for your answer and addition! 🙏

Thank you too bro...was really great to share my view ❤️✅

Arts generally to me is a therapeutic agent . I really second what you said “The language of art is almost the only tool that is suitable for describing the inexpressible and allows you to catch the trail of an elusive sensation.” This right here is why mankind will always be grateful for the different impacts different work of arts play in not only inhibiting aesthetic values but moral and societal values as well.

I agree with you @typebox!
I'm sure that human needs art like an oxygen :)

You are not far from the truth .
