Atatürk's Mask is a sculpture of the face of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, who gave us the Republic and many other things. Atatürk's Mask is a sculpture made with concrete relief technique. The statue, which took about 3 years to build, is 42 meters high. The reason why the statue is among the sculptures known all over the world is its size. While it is the tallest statue in Turkey, it ranks 10th in the world among relief sculptures. Although the statue has a natural appearance as if it was made by carving and shaping the rock behind it, it is not. It sits on a scaffolding adjacent to the rock. Source

Atatürk Maskı, Cumhuriyet’i ve daha bir sürü şeyi bize armağan eden Mustafa Kemal Atatürk’ün, yüzünün heykeli. Atatürk Maskı, beton kabartma tekniğiyle yapılmış bir heykel. Yapımı yaklaşık 3 yıl süren heykelin, yüksekliği 42 metre. Heykelin bütün Dünyaca bilinen heykeller arasında olmasının sebebi boyutu. Türkiye’nin en yüksek heykeli iken kabartma heykeller arasında dünyada 10. sırada. Heykel, arkasında bulunan kayanın oyulup şekillendirilmesiyle, yapılmış gibi doğal bir görünüme sahip olsa da öyle değil. Kayaya bitişik bir iskele üzerine oturtulmuş. Kaynak
