Cada diciembre, la escuela de risignstar se preparaba para recibir el mejor mes de todo el año y por eso un grupo de músicos tenía la idea de crear un evento que fuera único para esta fecha, por eso se fueron al pueblo más cercano para hacer el concierto que se realizaba sobre una plataforma flotante instalada en medio del lago helado, eso parecía una idea muy loca, pero era perfecto para así poder reunir a muchos músicos en el pueblo. Para ese día ya tenían luces, música, un frío muy fuerte y la emoción y que nadie se quería perder. Para este año, había muchos rumores de grandes artistas que podían ir, sin embargo, la apuesta estaba dos artistas jóvenes: Fiona, una cantante con una voz capaz de encender el invierno, y Kia, una baterista que tocaba como si tambor guardara un secreto navideño.

Every December, the Risignstar school prepared to welcome the best month of the year, and so a group of musicians had the idea of creating a unique event for this date. They went to the nearest town to hold a concert on a floating platform installed in the middle of the frozen lake. It seemed like a crazy idea, but it was perfect for bringing together many musicians in the town. By that day, they had lights, music, bitter cold, and excitement that no one wanted to miss. This year, there were many rumors about big artists who might attend, but the bet was on two young artists: Fiona, a singer with a voice capable of warming up the winter, and Kia, a drummer who played as if her drum kept a Christmas secret.

Un día antes de que diera inicio al concierto cayó una gran tormenta de nieve que bloqueó las carreteras y a la vez cubrió las señales. Fiona y Kia estaban asustadas y no podían fallar, ya que ellas iban a hacer las primeras en abrir el concierto y todas las personas del pueblo las esperaban. De una de las calles que estaban llenas de nieve apareció Nate, un chofer gordo y dueño de un carro y diseñado para los terrenos más difíciles. Era conocido en la ciudad por saber caminos que ni los mapas digitales registraban.

Nate se ofreció para llevar a esa dos artistas al pueblo, así que no tenía más opción y se subieron al carro envueltas en bufandas, con sus instrumentos, maletas y muchos nervios. El camino estaba repleto de nieve y a medida que avanzaban, la tormenta se volvió más agresiva y era casi imposible de ver con tranquilidad, el parabrisas del carro apenas limpiaba, el GPS dejó de funcionar, el viento parecía empujar el carro hacia atrás. Aun así, Nate seguía confiado que podía llevarlas, pero la cara de estas chicas era de terror.

Por eso la baterista fue quien rompió la tensión, tocando un tambor, puesto que no podía quedarse quieta, por el frío que hacía, seguidamente Fiona comenzó a tararear.

Una melodía comenzó a surgir de esa improvisación y el chofer quedó sorprendido por ese talento de las chicas y por eso comenzó a marcar ritmo golpeando el tablero. Mientes que afuera la nieve seguía cayendo, adentro nacía una canción. Fue una pieza improvisada, que combinaba esperanza, cansancio y ese tipo de magia que solo aparece cuando no tienes nada más que confiar en el momento. Por eso cada uno aportó algo para así poder terminar de afinar y darle personalidad al tema.

The day before the concert was due to start, a heavy snowstorm blocked the roads and covered the signs. Fiona and Kia were scared and couldn't afford to fail, as they were due to open the concert and everyone in town was waiting for them. From one of the snow-covered streets appeared Nate, a fat driver and owner of a car designed for the most difficult terrain. He was known in the city for knowing roads that even digital maps didn't record.

Nate offered to take the two artists to town, so they had no choice but to get in the car wrapped in scarves, with their instruments, suitcases, and a lot of nerves. The road was covered in snow, and as they drove on, the storm became more aggressive and it was almost impossible to see clearly. The car's windshield barely cleared, the GPS stopped working, and the wind seemed to push the car backwards. Even so, Nate remained confident that he could get them there, but the girls' faces were filled with terror.

One of the car's wheels got stuck in a deep patch of snow, making it impossible to move, and a heavy silence fell. Fiona began to despair, while Kia just stared at her dismantled drum kit as if looking for an answer. So it was the drummer who broke the tension by playing a drum, since she couldn't sit still because of the cold. Fiona then began to hum.

A melody began to emerge from this improvisation, and the driver was surprised by the girls' talent, so he began to beat out a rhythm on the dashboard. While outside the snow continued to fall, inside a song was being born. It was an improvised piece, combining hope, exhaustion, and that kind of magic that only appears when you have nothing else to rely on but the moment. That's why everyone contributed something so they could finish tuning and give the song personality.

Horas después, cuando la tormenta bajó un poco, Nate volvió a intentar y logró sacar la rueda para así seguir con la ruta y llegaron al lago helado con solo minutos de dar inicio y aquella adrenalina del momento. Todo el mundo las esperaba, donde Fiona y Kia interpretaron la canción que nació dentro del carro, con aquella tormenta de nieve que parecía querer tragárselas. El público, no sabía nada del retraso, solo sabían esa emoción que transmitía la canción, siendo un espectáculo.

Cuando terminaron, recibieron aplausos y una oportunidad de poder firmar con risignstar para que obtengan una carta personalizada y Nate desde lejos muy feliz, por lo que había conseguido en ese tiempo de espera. Ese concierto se volvió histórico, No por la producción, No por el escenario helado. Si no por una melodía que nació dentro de un carro detenido en la tormenta.

Hours later, when the storm had subsided a little, Nate tried again and managed to remove the wheel so they could continue on their way. They arrived at the frozen lake just minutes before the start and with all the adrenaline of the moment. Everyone was waiting for them, where Fiona and Kia performed the song that was born in the car, with that snowstorm that seemed to want to swallow them up. The audience knew nothing about the delay; they only knew the emotion that the song conveyed, making it a spectacular show.

When they finished, they received applause and an opportunity to sign with Risignstar to get a personalized letter, and Nate was very happy from afar for what he had achieved during that waiting time. That concert became historic, not because of the production, not because of the frozen stage, but because of a melody that was born inside a car stopped in the storm.
