¡Hola Hola Comunidad! ✨, el pasado fin de semana fue de muchas reuniones, tuve dos días de recarga y tiempo de calidad con personas que aprecio un montón y se han convertido en pilares en mi vida, tal es el caso de mi grupo de amigas de la universidad, a quienes tenías meses sin ver y por fin pudimos concretar una salida donde estuvimos todas (aunque el único chico del grupo falto). Pero no solo compartí un tiempo agradable con ellas, sino que además también celebramos la despedida de soltera de una de mis amigas de la iglesia a la que asisto, alguien a quien considero casi una hermana, así que hoy les contaré un poquito de cómo fueron esos dos días.
Hello Hello Community! ✨, Last weekend was full of gatherings. I had two days to recharge and spend quality time with people I care deeply about and who have become pillars in my life, such as my group of friends from university, whom I hadn't seen in months and with whom I was finally able to arrange an outing where we were all together (although the only boy in the group was missing). But not only did I share a pleasant time with them, we also celebrated the hen party of one of my friends from the church I attend, someone I consider almost a sister, so today I'll tell you a little bit about how those two days went.
Primero arrancamos con el sábado, y es que cuando les digo que por fin se nos dió poder concretar una salida de amigos, es porque no se imaginan desde hace cuánto tiempo habíamos querido hacerlo y simplemente ocurría algo que nos hacía posponerlo. De hecho, si lo recuerdan hace unos meses les compartí que una de mis amigas se había casado, pues su propio esposo no llevaba invitando a ir a su casa desde Agosto aproximadamente, y en vista de que ya estábamos en Noviembre y nada que los visitabamos, él tuvo que subir unas historias en Instagram donde básicamente nos funó 😂😂.
First, let's start with Saturday. When I tell you that we finally managed to organise an outing with friends, it's because you can't imagine how long we had wanted to do it and something always came up that made us postpone it. In fact, if you remember, a few months ago I told you that one of my friends had got married, but her husband hadn't invited us to their house since around August, and seeing as it was already November and we still hadn't visited them, he had to post some stories on Instagram where he basically called us out 😂😂

No obstante, debo admitir que ésta acción finalmente nos motivó a tener que ir a visitarla, y en menos de lo que piensan organizamos fecha, hora y qué haríamos 😂. Compartimos una tarde increíble, desafortunadamente el único chico del grupo faltó por compromisos que no podía cancelar, pero eso nos permitió evaluar bien cómo se integraba el esposo de mi amiga al grupo, y de verdad que toda la tarde fue lo máximo, nos pusimos al día con nuestras vidas, nos dimos los consejos que necesitábamos, y hasta una de nosotras aprovechó de hacerse sus uñas con mi amiga dueña de la casa 💖, fue justamente la recarga que necesitaba y obviamente fuimos en modo navideñas.
However, I must admit that this action finally motivated us to go visit her, and in less time than you can imagine, we organised the date, time, and what we would do 😂. We shared an incredible afternoon. Unfortunately, the only guy in the group couldn't make it due to commitments he couldn't cancel, but that allowed us to properly assess how my friend's husband fit into the group. The whole afternoon was truly amazing. We caught up on our lives, gave each other the advice we needed, and one of us even took advantage of the opportunity to get her nails done by my friend, the owner of the house 💖. It was just the recharge I needed, and obviously we were in Christmas mode.

El dia Domingo la celebración fue distinta, nos fuimos a festejar el último fin de semana de soltería de una gran amiga que me regaló la iglesia, una mujer que llevaba años soñando con éste momento y que finalmente se le dió 🥺, así que obviamente era un momento que no podíamos dejar pasar por lo que desde hace semanas le dije a mi hermana que teníamos que organizar algo, así fuese una salida a comer con el resto de sus amigas, porque una boda no es todos los días además todos llevábamos tiempo esperando por éste momento tan especial para ella.
On Sunday, the celebration was different. We went to celebrate the last weekend of singlehood for a great friend who was given to me by the church, a woman who had been dreaming of this moment for years and who finally got it 🥺. So obviously it was a moment we couldn't pass up, which is why weeks ago I told my sister that we had to organise something, even if it was just going out to eat with the rest of her friends, because a wedding isn't an everyday occurrence and we had all been waiting for this special moment for her for a long time.

Así que justamente nos fuimos por la opción de salir a comer, y como en mi cumpleaños me fue bien yendo a comer en Garage Chilling, decidimos irnos para allá aparte que por reservar un espacio no hubo cobro adicional, algo que no muchos lugares implementan. Obviamente todo era sorpresa, así que fue todo un reto llevar a la novia hasta allá sin que se diera cuenta de nada, pero se logró 🤭🤭, la hicimos vestir de blanco y yo le llevé un cintillo que decía “Bride”, pasamos un momento súper chévere donde todas estábamos más que felices por ésta nueva etapa que de hecho comenzó hoy, porque justamente hoy se llevó a cabo la ceremonia civil 💖.
So we decided to go out for dinner, and since I had a good experience eating at Garage Chilling on my birthday, we decided to go there, especially since there was no additional charge for reserving a table, something that not many places do. Obviously, it was all a surprise, so it was quite a challenge to get my girlfriend there without her noticing anything, but we managed it 🤭🤭. We dressed her in white and I brought her a headband that said ‘Bride.’ We had a really cool time where we were all more than happy about this new stage that actually began today, because today was the civil ceremony 💖.
