Un Día Dulce con Mis Amigos Disfrutando unas Panquecas con Miel 🍯🥰

Hola mis amigos de Family and Friend y de hive, les deseo una hermosa semana y espero que este Lunes esté siendo productivo. Hoy les quiero hablar de mi día sábado, la pase relajado con mis amigos e hicimos unas ricas panquecas con miel para disfrutar mientras hablábamos.

Esto sucedió este sábado y de verdad que fue muy espontáneo, es decir, no lo habíamos planeado ni nada por el estilo, pero surgió de una manera muy graciosa.

Hello my friends from Family and Friend and hive, I wish you a beautiful week and I hope this Monday is being productive. Today I want to tell you about my Saturday, I spent it relaxing with my friends and we made some delicious pancakes with honey to enjoy while we talked.

This happened this Saturday and it was really spontaneous, I mean, we had not planned it or anything like that, but it came out in a very funny way.

temprano ese día estábamos en casa de mi amiga María, pero luego tuvimos que llevar a una amiga a la parada para que se fuera a su casa y al llegar de nuevo a casa de María, ella pregunta que ahora que íbamos a hacer, se refería a donde íbamos a estar, pero a mi se me ocurrió decir que hiciéramos unos suspiros, pero luego de discutirlo y pensarlo mejor decidimos hacer unas panquecas.

Fui rápido a mi casa para ver con que ingredientes podía colaborar y me acordé que tenía tiempo con antojos de comer panquecas con miel y justamente mi mamá había comprado así que agarré eso y también un huevo para la masa. Cada quien puso algo y entre todos hicimos unas muy buenas panquecas con miel y también jugo de naranja.

Earlier that day we were at my friend Maria's house, but then we had to take a friend to the bus stop to go home and when we got back to Maria's house, she asked what we were going to do, she meant where we were going to be, but it occurred to me to say that we should make some sighs, but after some discussion and thinking about it we decided to make some pancakes.

I quickly went home to see what ingredients I could collaborate with and I remembered that I had been craving for pancakes with honey and my mom had just bought some, so I grabbed that and also an egg for the dough. Everyone put something and together we made some really good pancakes with honey and orange juice.

Y cuando ya teníamos todos los materiales María los empezó a sacar a la mesa en donde estábamos compartiendo y viene su mamá y le dice que por que no hace eso en la cocina, y ella le dijo de manera muy graciosa "Caramba mamá, para que sea más dinámico" y yo no se porque, pero a mi eso me causó tanta risa, y es que mi amiga tenía toda la razón, no tenía sentido que ella hiciera todo en la cocina, pero simplemente la manera en la que ella lo dijo me dio mucha risa y después añadió un chiste y bueno también me dio mucha risa, ella dijo "si quieren se van y yo les preparo las panquecas y se las llevo a su casa".

And when we had all the materials Maria started to take them to the table where we were sharing and her mom came and told her why she didn't do that in the kitchen, and she said in a very funny way "Gee mom, to make it more dynamic" and I don't know why, but that made me laugh so much, and my friend was absolutely right, it didn't make sense for her to do everything in the kitchen, but just the way she said it made me laugh and then she added a joke and it made me laugh too, she said "if you want you can leave and I'll prepare the pancakes and take them home".

Y es que en un principio el objetivo no era comer, o sea, si era parte de la reunión disfrutar las panquecas, pero lo primordial era compartir y preparas la comida en equipo, mientras hablábamos.

Mi trabajo ese día fue hacer el jugo de naranja, fue un trabajo en equipo con Vickita, yo iba cortando las naranjas y ella iba exprimiéndolas, entre las naranjas se coló un limón y también se lo echamos a ese jugo, luego añadimos el azúcar y metimos la jarra a la nevera mientras se hacían las panquecas.

At the beginning the objective was not to eat, that is, it was part of the meeting to enjoy the pancakes, but the main thing was to share and prepare the food as a team, while we talked.

My job that day was to make the orange juice, it was a team work with Vickita, I was cutting the oranges and she was squeezing them, between the oranges a lemon was strained and we also added it to the juice, then we added the sugar and put the pitcher in the fridge while the pancakes were being made.

Mientras las muchachas estaban en la cocina haciendo las panquecas, nosotros estábamos reunidos en la mesa conversando y dándole consejos a Gabi, que por cierto, que ella estuviera ahí también fue muy espontáneo, ya que ella no vive cerca, pero a veces se queda en casa de su hermana y aprovecha de visitarnos y justamente ese día ella había llegado de casualidad y nos llamó para saber que hacíamos y la fuimos a buscar para que también disfrutara con nosotros. Todo fue muy cool en realidad.

While the girls were in the kitchen making the pancakes, we were gathered at the table talking and giving advice to Gabi, which by the way, her being there was also very spontaneous, since she does not live nearby, but sometimes she stays at her sister's house and takes the opportunity to visit us and just that day she had arrived by chance and called us to know what we were doing and we went to look for her so she could also enjoy with us. Everything was really cool.

Y luego de tanta espera por fin estaban listas las panquecas que con mucho amor hicimos entre todos, bueno, en teoría yo hice el jugo, pero me entienden jajajaja. Ya era hora de sentarnos y degustar todos juntos las panquequitas, y obviamente con bastante miel.

Fue muy gracioso mientras comíamos porque de la nada nos dio un ataque de risa y bueno, se podrán imaginar, además de que algunas panquecas tenían bastante miel y se les estaba botando y también hicimos un poquito de desastre (pobre María Celeste). Ese momento sin duda fue épico, todos nos estábamos riendo y nadie sabía porque y la risa seguía y seguía, creo que la miel estaba adulterada o algo por el estilo.

And after so much waiting, the pancakes were finally ready, which we all lovingly made together, well, in theory I made the juice, but you know what I mean, hahahaha. It was time to sit down and taste the pancakes all together, and obviously with lots of honey.

It was very funny while we were eating because out of nowhere we had a fit of laughter and well, you can imagine, plus some pancakes had a lot of honey and it was leaking and we also made a bit of a mess (poor Maria Celeste).That moment was definitely epic, we were all laughing and no one knew why and the laughter went on and on, I think the honey was adulterated or something.

Esas panquecas les puedo decir que estaban bastante sabrosas, me encantaron y pudimos comprobar que cuando se cocina con amor, queda buenísima la comida. Estuvimos hablando y riéndonos por otro rato y luego ya se había hecho tarde, teníamos que irnos, pero no sin antes limpiar un poco, ya que no le íbamos a dejar todo el trabajo a María Celeste, y como gabi no había cocinado ella se ofreció a lavar los platos y bueno, ahí también estuvimos hablando.

I can tell you that those pancakes were very tasty, I loved them and we were able to prove that when you cook with love, the food turns out great. We were talking and laughing for another while and then it was getting late, we had to leave, but not before cleaning up a bit, since we were not going to leave all the work to Maria Celeste, and since Gabi had not cooked she offered to wash the dishes and well, we were talking there too.

En resumen, fue un día genial, la pasé muy bien con mis amigos, fue un plan que surgió de la nada y que fue bastante relajado, espero que podamos reunirnos pronto para hacer alguna otra comida y hablar y en general compartir todos. Y la moraleja es que no siempre se necesitan de grandes lujos y fiestas muy elaboradas para pasarla bien junto a tus seres queridos, fíjense que hacer panquecas es algo bien simple pero de todas maneras el hecho de hacerlas todos juntos hizo que disfrutáramos mucho y que pasáramos un lindo día.
