Staying healthy is of top most priority. You may be asking,how can I keep myself healthy or what can one i do to stay healthy? A way to maintain good health is from exercise, eating healthy foods, getting enough rest, keeping good hygiene.Good nutrients is a necessity to stay healthy and that can be gotten by taking multivitamins and other kinds of supplements.Taking a day off is also a great thing to do to if you want to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Maintaining good health can be done by keeping few routines like exercise.

Exercise reduces the risk of cancer and diabetes.its also helps in weight loss experts recommends children and teens to get at least an hour of exercise everyday.

Fresh fruits contains the nutrients and vitamins to keep your immune system strong. Fresh picked fruits is a more prefered choice for most people because processed canned fruits have lost certain nutrients and vitamin needed to keep the body healthy.

The best way to get the most nutrients and vitamins from a fruit is to grow the fruit yourself and eat it when it is freshly picked. Even for vegetables, it’s always better to eat your fruits and vegetables when they are pick, especially if they’re from your garden. Every fruit and vegetable has its own unique quality. Did you know that strawberries and apples are great to whiten your teeth? You can just eat an apple and naturally whiten your teeth that way instead of whitening strips that contains all those nasty chemicals, By eating an apple, you are able to whiten your teeth and it’s very high in fiber.
