THIS DAY AUGUST 16TH

These past weeks were full of thoughts of what to say to you on the above-named subject, thoughts of what can I offer that will be enough to repay you for the Kindness, Love, Care you show towards me. Well, I sat all day at my front desk in my room listening to Khalid trilogies then it hit me when the track titled ANGELS was playing which is the last track of the American Teen album why not do a write-up, LOLs!.
August is the home for so many angels but the 16th day was special because of you.
A WALK DOWN MEMORY LANE
Trust daddy didn’t doubt the feeling he had towards mum on that very night it wasn’t under any type of influence of such
it was a genuine feeling, fast forward nine months after the mummy was delivered off a bouncing baby girl like the doctor & nurses on duty that day will scream as loud as their lungs capacity.
Fast forward through your early days then to your college days which I was opportune to meet you in person probably it was the creator who orchestrated the meet I trust it wasn’t circumstance thou, back then we were not that close but your deeds spoke after you in a manner in which others might envy! Your communication skills with your peers and elders were superb I see why one, in particular, befriend you.
Then four years went by just in a twinkle of an eye then you obeyed the compulsory clarion call in form of the National Youth Service Call which I still ask myself still this point what’s the essence of it other than the stipend nothing exciting about it but anyways that’s a story for another day.
Who will think throughout all these years we should have been acquainted but nature never gave us the luxury of enjoying each others company until one day when the broken communication line was restored then we started barging each other’s phone with conversation more than what you would even think of two strange people who never exchanged pleasantries back in college will be this close even the service provider (GLO) was jealous that he cuts off communication at every given opportunity.
We were intimate had each other backs something like 5&6 probably like those videos that cute couples do or act on TikTok videos we should do some sometimes the feeling were genuine.
I never picture myself being close to another human more or less the opposite sex well this life nor always balance “it doesn’t go as we pictured or planned it” but am grateful I met an angel in August, the angel who I fought with and she texted me and said to me “it’s sad I just lost another friend” and me craze boy replied “we are in this together when you finish vexing you go call me back or pick my call” lols.
The relationship is 3years now and waxing strong, the only human that enrolled me in a course titled “Learning how to respect boundaries” in which she is the facilitator.
I am grateful to God for keeping you to see this day and also pray he see you through your creative ambitions and bless you with all the things money can buy, things people go as far as the end of the world to seek, things money can’t buy.
Let your faith in him wax strong as ever it’s a new year in which the creator has made everything possible for you, you just have to put your mind to it. This is a token of my love to you my dear, “this love nor gets a receipt”.
