Thanks. My entire property is only a tenth acre and would guess about a third of the property is garden. House and garage are on about half of it. We do a lot of succession planting and trellis growing along with permaculture practices to get high yields.

Very cool! There is the Dervaes family in Pasadena does urban homesteading to the extreme. I saw a PBS special about them years ago about how they raise thousands of pounds of food a year. They we're the first that got me into following homesteading in general.
They were a big influence on me as well. I really never thought about doing it right where I was at in town and always dreamed of getting a bunch of acres in the country. When I seen there documentary on Youtube called "Homegrown Revolution" It convinced me I could do it right where I was. That was 5 years ago.
