Here are some of Filipino' Fav. Cuisine. They are just too good and you'd probably love to try them too. Well, giving you some that we have had in our table

1. Chicharon | Crispy Pork Rinds

Forget about your diet! Pork Chicharon are crispy fried pork skins, it is often served as an appetizer or snack. You would enjoy this with a spicy vinegar dipping sauce. Some filipino like me is crazy about it! It can be crushed and used as a topping for many Filipino dishes such as Pancit Palabok and Arroz Caldo. Mostly, it is served as snack, CHICHARON!
I can finish a dozen of plates of this!

2. A. Bangus Sisig & B. Pork Sisig

20171202_173613-01.jpeg
A. Bangus Sisig - made of flaked milkfish (commonly named "Bangus" the Philippines national fish),with chopped onions, and chili peppers flavored with fresh citrus juice. Refreshingly tangy and slightly spicy (which made it yummy!!) it’s delicious as a viand or appetizer.

B. Pork Sisig - the skin of Filipino pork belly sisig is supercrisp (from roasting), and the meat is tangy (from marinating overnight or how long you desire to season it) and juicy (from being braised with aromatics and spices). You should try this sisig! It's my favorite...

3. Crispy Pata

Well Crispy Pata is a famous Filipino pork dish that uses a whole pig’s leg. You probably tasted it before from other countries. I'm not sure. When I cook it, I usually boil it to tender with some seasonings. Put into fridge overnight. Next is rub with seasonings and deep-fried until the texture becomes very crunchy. This dish can be eaten as a main dish, dip in to a sauce made of vinegar, sugar, and chopped onions depends to your taste.

4. Kare-Kare

Do you know about Kare-Kare? It is usually served on special occasions but could order in some Filipino restaurants now adays , kare-kare is always accompanied by white rice and a bit of sautéed shrimp paste called bagoong (with weird smell yet with a good taste.

5. Sinigang na Baboy

20171202_173713.jpg
Another pot of Sinigang na Baboy/Pork. sinigang na baboy is an all time favourite soup of filipinos it is chopped thick pork meat with the sourness of tamarind and abundant with crisp-tender vegetables. One of Philippines cuisine that is becoming popular worldwide now. You should try it!

Well, it was an overflowing night of food and we love it! Ofcourse 'twas a great meal with a platter of rice and bottles of soda.
