Beef Pares

Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a classic Filipino comfort food. Beef Pares is braised beef brisket stew topped with chicharon, boiled eggs, dried garlic bits, and spring onions, and is usually served with garlic fried rice. I really love the taste of this classic Filipino stew because of how soothing it is especially on a rainy day. The really soft beef brisket meat provides such a nice feeling of warmth that you'll feel all your troubles will melt away.
