I have never been one to set New Years Resolutions but I do believe in setting goals.
I am really not a big fan at all of New Years Resolutions because they have about a 80% failure rate. My thought is why set yourself up for failure? Why not make achievable goals that you have to push yourself for but are attainable? I know people who do set resolutions and complete them only to go right back to how things were before the resolution started. I think a goal should be something to improve yourself or your situation not just take a break from a bad habit.
I fell a little short of my goals for the year this past year for a couple of reasons. One because I got slack and wasn't consistantly posting for a few months and the other I didn't for see the price of Hive going up like it did. Either way it is my fault I didn't get to my goals and I plan to change that this year.
2021 is over and there is no looking back other then seeing ways of impoving and making this year better. I have set a few goals so far for this year and I will be reavaluating them and possibly be adding to them as time goes. You can see from the graphic below what my plans are for Hive and CTP by the end of the year. In addition to these goals I also plan on stacking at least 50 ounces of silver.
There are a few other things I am looking at but I have not figured out what my direct plan with those are yet. I would say my biggest goal of the year is to be consistant for the entire year so I can accomplish my crypto goals. Have you set goals yet?
I am with you New Years Resolutions are insidious, in fact just thinking about past December 31st and listening to the endless litany of what everyone is going to do differently.
As business owners we have to evaluate everything we do on a monthly basis, and sometimes weekly depending on the urgency of the issue. By the end of the year, it is just more of the same lol
Most people I know set resolutions for a specific time period then go back to what they were doing, I think this is a waste of time. To me, what is the point of quiting smoking or drinking or what ever then going back to the same bad habit? For this reason I prefer to set goals and try to stick with them then set new goals after meating the time period or completing the goal. This way you are always improving and moving forward instead of just following a fad.

That's awesome, I think it's a very achievable goal that I will most likely go way over.
Taking ownership instead of blaming others will take us far in life

It's true, you will never get anywhere if you blame everyone and everything for your short comings instead of taking ownership and learning to be better.
