in #cervantes3 months ago

You only need to look at the label and verify that the year of production of this beer is 2008 to understand that we are facing something special. A beer brewed more than 14 years ago.
I love sour beers, but when you're lucky enough to find and try something like that...you really feel lucky.

Over the years, the beer has lost acidity, but has gained flavor. Without being one of the tastiest beers I've ever tasted, its balance is masterful. Peach undertones blend with woody flavors to give way to tart and yeast flavors. As a whole they make its flavor a true delight. Like old wines, the flavor remains on your palate for several minutes after you've tasted it.

Here I show you a photo of the beers that I was lucky enough to try during my time at the Brasserie de Cantillon in Brussels.

What amazing display on beer, sounds good to taste, most unusual being aged which is normal with wines.

Pure golden liquid!

Thank you!!
It was really a great collection that I was able to try among friends. It is necessary to travel to Brussels and visit their factory to do it, there are many references that never leave there.
