Today we will discuss briefly about Supernova - The death of star.
A supernova is an explosion caused by a dying star at the end of it's life. When the star reaches a stage of it's life after which it has not enough energy and fuel to withstand the inward pull of gravity, the gravity wins this long tug of war and finally the life of star ends with a super massive explosion. The explosion is so intense that it can sometimes be seen even with a naked from earth.
The energy produced in supernova explosion is so intense that it's intensity is even more than the energy produced by a star throughout it's lifetime.
