Good call, goes to show the increasing risks that are out there. Try to steer clear of the drama myself... Endorsing bitconnect could be a costly mistake for those youtubers. I commented on another post, here by @tolkatore that I hadn't been following the drama as it unfolded.

I've made a few posts the last fews days looking at how some news media has been giving credibility to rumors of a Telegram Open Network. Which IMO plays into the hands of scammers, google & facebook have been cashing in on ad revenue from them and not one named source for the leaks. No doubt bitconnect was also advertised on those platforms and had paid press releases.

So whereas we can easily point fingers at the youtubers & bloggers trying to earn a few bucks and being blinded by greed along the way, the problems do actualy run deeper. Careful vigilance and adopting self resposibilty are often hard-learned.
